Would not stay again. The property was under remodel and was extremely dusty and had a strong odor. My room was dirty and needed a good deep clean. There were also no top sheets on the beds and the bed frame was very squeaky. Anytime I moved it would squeak. The breakfast was very basic- toast, bagel, yogurt, 2 choices of cereal. The fruit basket was empty The room did have a large tv which I was happy with.

No one told me about the security deposit before I arrived. I had a no refund stay. What is o didn’t have $100.00. Them is have lost my stay and my ability to sleep somewhere safe. That should be disclosed. That’s just sneaky and a rip off vibe. I asked for a wake up call no alarm in the room and nothing. So I didn’t even get breakfast. The room had dog or some kind of hair all over it. I have allergies.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean. The only little thing that will keep me from saying this was an excellent choice was that it was being remodeled, but once it’s complete, I think it’ll be a perfect place to stay.

First no water and no warning it would be off for first hr. We checked in at 7 pm. First room we were given was dirty everywhere with food in a fridge that was off. Was still patient. Took a deposit of $100 which was $30 more than the cost of room. I am on a work trip and major budget. Was told the next morning I would have the deposit back in 3-5 business days. This was a Saturday morning soo that would be by the following Friday! Stay away. They were extremely polite checking in, then pure Hell!!! There is more but I believe that is enough said. I should have been given a refund, instead they so far have ripped me off an extra $100 on a $60 room.

The Sleep Inn Phoenix North is an excellent place to stay. The staff is very courteous, and the room was super clean. And loved the walk in shower, no tub to step over. We stayed there because my husband was having eye surgery and it was about a mile and a half away from the surgery site. It was a good call. Quiet and clean, and the manager was very nice and accommodating. A good choice all the way around! call.

The motel was being updated, but the staff was attentive and friendly, the free breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, and the pool/jacuzzi were end each day.

Had no idea the place was under construction. If I had, would not have stayed there. The building is not secure. Transients/homeless hanging around trying to sneak in to stay in room that are being remodeled (those rooms are not locked). Not emougb towels.
