The home offers 3 bedrooms on the main level plus a lovely private master up, with spacious ensuite and private balcony overlooking pool and grounds. The pool and Fire-pit are totally private as you look towards the desert landscape. The outdoor BBQ grill area overlooks the pool w misters to keep you cool on hot days! There's plenty of Outdoor lounge furniture to enjoy the pool, outdoor fireplace and sunshine. The home is situated in a very private residential (desert landscaped) neighborhood. Quiet & private location all homes spread far apart from each other on large lots

We are located off Shea Blvd at 128th St approx 10 min east of the 101 loop. 20 min to Old Scottsdale and 35 min to Sky Harbour Int'l Airport. The area is surrounded by world class Golf Courses and fabulous shopping in upscale Scottsdale.

For those with Pet Allergies we are a NO Pet and Non Smoking property. Please note, Pool Heat is an extra charged calculated manually after booking based on the time of year. Pool Heat is only required from October to May. For longer term bookings please inquire with the owner regarding the cancellation policy and deposit schedule. Our favorite home we have rented in 5 years running. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Pros: pool was amazing! Patio space was clean and comfortable. Rooms we comfortable and private for the most part (one is a jack and Jill area). Sunsets were beautiful! Outdoor fireplace was awesome. If you visit be sure to be there at sunset to check out the Gambel Quails settle into the tree for the night. It was very facilitating. Kitchen appliances, silverware and cookware was totally stocked. Cons: TV in the living room. We gave up. It shouldn’t be this hard with the cost of smart TV’s today. That was all we found. It just forced us to hang out by the fireplace instead!Thanks again!

Received check in instructions from the owner a few days before arrival. Self-check in went smoothly as described in the instructions. Minor questions submitted to the owner via text were answered promptly. The property was as described and easily accommodated our family of 7 who visited my wife and me on overlapping schedules. Dining areas both inside and out were great. The kitchen was well supplied with kitchenware as well as some common spices. Thermostats were easy to operate and maintained the desired temperature throughout our stay with outside temperatures ranging from the 50's to the low 100's. The pool and patio area were sizable with ample chairs with some of the most comfortable lounge chairs we've experienced. The heated pool was maintained at a perfect temperature throughout our stay. The property's location provided easy access to stores and restaurants. We've rented around 8 different properties over the last dozen or so years in the northeast Phoenix and Scottsdale areas at approximately the same time of year. This property ranks near the top in terms of enjoyment and livability. We've already reserved it for next year.

Beautiful property, needs some TLC

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood and location. The outdoor area is stunning and we spent many sunsets on the patio. The only drawback is the property needs some tender loving care to resolve some simple maintenance and cleanliness issues.The owner is very responsive, the property manager not so much.

Super nice 4 bedroom

Our family enjoyed the pool, giant home in secluded Scottsdale area close to Mayo Clinic. Lots of towels and pool toys. Kitchen had everything and my husband loved the outside fireplace. We bought lots of wood at the grocery store and watched the stars and planets. Owner and property manager great communication. Would rent again.

Thanksgiving 2024

We were able to stay at this home for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was fantastic! The kitchen was well stocked and had more than we needed. We were there with our elderly parents who lived in the area. Everyone had a great time.
