The room was decent, and staff was good. But the area felt unsafe: Two men intently exploring cars in the parking lot after dark, angry yelling and door slamming in the late evening, a drunken person yelling at length across the courtyard in the wee hours of the morning, and the smell of joints seeping into the room. Barely slept.

When you reserve a room request on at the back of the motel. We were given on right next to highway and the sound of traffic was horrible. The bedside phone did not work and considering this was a handicap accessible room this is concerning. I requested a room change and Roul was excellent. He reassigned us to the same style room at the back of the hotel and it was quiet and comfortable. Two draw backs-the bedside table lamp had a burned out bulb, the bathroom door made a lot of noise when trying to close and open it. The door to the room was difficult to close. It required a good tug to shut it. Initially I would have said the breakfast was horrible because the first day my son and I went down to eat at 6:30 and the only thing was horrible tasteless scrambled eggs and bacon so thin it was like a piece of paper, bagels and toast. The belgium waffles would have been good but it was going to take way too long to make one as that was what everyone was waiting in line to make. No yogurt, no pastry, no water dispenser. A small pitcher of Sunny D juice. The second day I was going to just make oatmeal in my room but went down to the breakfast room to get a bowl and surprise-there was yogurt, pastries, oranges, more juice and coffee along with the yucky eggs and bacon. After I collected a few items to take back to the room a very large family arrived-perhaps they had already ate all the food the day before. There was a lot of parking and the place felt safe. Decent for the price

The hotel smelled like rotten eggs, elevator was dirty, coffee machine, doors to patio and hot tub out of order. took the staff 3 hours to bring the requested towels, room didn't get cleaned even after requested, had to flag a employee down to take trash and give us clean towels. Door to room was uneven which made it easy for bugs to enter, blanket in a non-smoking facility had a burn hole in it and linens were stained.

I didn’t make it to the breakfast but sure it was fine. Staff was friendly. You definitely get what you pay for. Rooms were outdated and walls were thin. Air conditioner was very loud as well. That being said I only stayed one night and it worked for me.
