This was my third stay at SAii Laguna Phuket, and once again, the team made it truly special. I really appreciate the personal touch and care provided throughout our visit. A special thanks to Ju, Gade, and Tida from the Front Desk team for their warm hospitality and exceptional service. Also, heartfelt appreciation to Gift, Ging, Aomsin, and Ploy, who went above and beyond to take care of my family’s needs. The resort’s beachfront location, peaceful atmosphere, and friendly staff make it a perfect destination for anyone seeking relaxation and fun. WORST HOTEL IN LAGUNA PHUKET

Very cheap hotel. One of the worst I have stayed in. God awful food quality and very poor service. Old run down hotel which is constantly going through cost cutting renovations. No proper hygiene protocol in place. They put dirty soiled towels for me. Zero English proficiency, staff can barely understand anything. Cheap hotel charged us for a 4 hour late check out !

Too many people but maybe the wrong time of the year to go. Had an ocean view room with a view of a pillar mainly - could see the ocean but was a bit of a disappointment. Otherwise the staff were lovely and very accommodating and the spa staff fantastic (especially Bah).
