In the hamlet Bellera 700 m from the centre of Pianello del Lario, 38 km from the centre of Lugano, 46 km from the centre of Como, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 200 m from the lake. Private: property (fenced), terraced garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Motor access to 100 m from the house. Public parking 100 m. Grocery 550 m, supermarket 850 m, restaurant 700 m, bar 300 m, bakery 900 m, bus stop "(Linea Como-Menaggio-Colico)" 100 m, railway station "Colico" 22 km, pebble beach 200 m (small), outdoor swimming pool 7 km. Sports harbour 220 m, marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 18 km, sailing school 6 km, tennis 1 km, children's playground 900 m.
