I have 3 requirements comfortable bed, decent coffee, and shower with lots of hot water. I had all three. Everything was clean and in good condition. My only complaint was the very sparse breakfast. Seemed there were more things out of more things out of stock than available.

Front desk staff members were very nice and accommodating. The pool was clean and fun for the kids. Breakfast tasted terrible, although the attendant preparing it was very kind. The building was not the same great quality i am used to for a Holiday Inn Express. This is usually the only hotel chain we stay in. Lots of loud drunks downstairs playing loud music made for an unpleasant atmosphere as well. Would not stay here again.

The staff was awesome! I had an issue with a room and was accommodated in less than 30 minutes! I always stay here when I come to visit.

This reservation was made by mistake. It was supposed to be for Hattiesburg, MS. As soon as it was made i called to cancel and was told i could not because of a 3rd party reservation. It was my belief that i was on there website not being redirected to a 3rd party. Also tried to change locations but was told they were unable to do that either.
