His fantastic kitchen has two refrigerators and is perfectly equipped with everything you might need, eitherfor your breakfast or to look like a great cook for your family and friends. To enjoy your meals or meetings with your loved ones, you can do it in their large living room, where a long table, a fantastic sofa, a 55 inch smart TV and a bar corner are waiting for you to create the best atmosphere without leaving home . In its garden, you can spend your days enjoying the wonderful swimming pool surrounded by enchanting trees and flowers. The bar and barbecue area are perfect for having meals outside and relaxing after a long day of sun and swimming. You will enjoy all its spaces and its wonderful garden.
Guests will have access to the entire Villa.
A deposit of 1000 is required when check in for any damage inside the villa, which will be restored upon check out after verification of the house. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are included only when check in. In case of need to change them or add others it will be possible and will have an additional cost. The cost of electricity is included up to 100KWH / week, excess consumption will be charged at check out under the rate of 0.35 / KWH. Daily cleaning service has an additional cost that must be paid by the guest in case he requests it. WIFI throughout the Villa. Air conditioning and heating in all rooms and other areas of the Villa.
Check Out must be done WITHIN AND NOT AFTER 10:00 am. Sheets and towels will not be changed, you can request a change of sheets for a fee; the linen is rented therefore it is FORBIDDEN to wash bed sheets and towels, a penalty will be charged if it is ruined. It is strictly forbidden to enter external people who have not been identified at check in through an identity document. SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in all common areas and inside the rooms. It is allowed only in rooms with balcony or terrace, ONLY outside. In case of damage to the rooms, a compensation will be requested. The kitchen must be left tidy, otherwise 100 will be required for extra cleaning. The cost of electricity is 0.35 / Kwh which will be deducted from the security deposit. ENVIRONMENT Separate collection in the city of Piedimonte is mandatory. We ask you to separate plastic, glass and paper. At the entrance you will find the bins where to throw the various waste. Please DO NOT leave the light on when you go out. We ask you to turn off the air conditioning when you are not in the room.
