The large farmhouse of Spinarello was famous as far back as the tenth century as an important post-house for changing coaches and horses along the Via Francigena and the architecture of the house shows its origin. On the ground floor a large fully equipped kitchen, a big lounge, living room with fireplace, bathroom with shower, twin bedded room with en suite bathroom with tub and shower, four double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom with shower.
On the first floor kitchen, large lounge with fireplace and splendid views over the garden and swimming pool, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub and shower, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
Between the house and the swimming pool an annexe with a room with large oven for pizzas and barbecues.

Prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for bedrooms and bathrooms (linen is changed weekly).
The possible consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be paid on the spot according to consumption

Upon arrival, customers must deliver a security deposit of € 1,000.00 extra price per wedding € 2.000 (utilities and cleaning) which will be returned to them at the end of the stay less the cost of any damage incurred.
