The Cottage is a cozy small villa of about 55 square meters located in a wonderful private garden fully fenced of 3000 square meters where you can freely walk, play and run in total relax.

This beautiful Cottage is the ideal choice for any type of traveler; Pets are also warmly welcome.

The living room is very bright and equipped with a dining table and a comfortable sofa bed (with single or double bed option); the large windows with blackout roller blinds have a direct view of the wonderful garden. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette and a fridge with freezer.

The bedroom is very cozy and bright and it's equipped with a queen-size double bed. Next to the bedroom there is a room with a large double-door wardrobe and a drawer to hold all your personal belongings, suitcases included. You will always have plenty of space available for your maximum comfort.

The small bathroom with window offers a cabin with shower, complete sanitary ware, hairdryer and Welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel and body cream.

In addition to towels you will find sheets, blankets, duvets and everything you need to make your stay perfect.

Each room has the right privacy, whether you are a group of friends or a family; the low price, however, makes the Cottage perfect for single travelers or a couple.

The large outdoor patio on two sides of the Cottage is ideal for romantic dinners outside or to comfortably relax while enjoying the tranquility of the place. Grill available outside with set-grill for unforgettable tasty grills.

A large automatic gate allows access to the private garden where it is also possible to park your car. The complete privacy of the Cottage within the large park will make your stay unique, relaxing and unforgettable.
