Villa Luia is located in Marina di Pietrasanta, just 500 m from the beach, and offers 2 private entrances (one for cars and one for pedestrians).

Totally fenced, the property boasts a private garden with lawn, parking for 2 cars and an external washing machine.

Among the alfresco spaces you will find 3 terraces, located as follows: a terrace on the ground floor with covered patio and dining table; a terrace on the first floor; a roof terrace (45 sqm) on the top floor.



Internal Description



Villa Luia is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have a wardrobe. Pets are not allowed.



Ground floor: Going up 6 steps you can reach the ground floor which is dedicated to the living area. You will find a bright living room, furnished with a sofa, some armchairs and tv. Following is a spacious kitchen, equipped with: dining table for 6 people, fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.

A bathroom with shower makes the rest of the floor.



First floor: The upper floor, accessible by climbing some stairs, consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower.



Second floor: The top floor houses 1 double bedroom.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas and electricity); house and garden maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (420,00€); heating on consumption in the winter months. Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (150,00€) is also requested, and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
