First of all this is a very nice hotel, the outdoor pool and slides are great no heater, cold water, same for the new inside pool and slides, cold water but great big awesome hot tub. Me and my family have stayed here several times but this is the first time since there remodel. We were shocked to find out they removed the following from the room, coffee machine, clocks, microwave and phones. They do daily come daily to get your trash and get/replace towels but if you want additional housekeeping services while your there it costs an additional $25. They also did away with free breakfast. We also had an incident while we were there a member of my family stopped the toilet up I stopped and told an employee, we left the room and came back and they unclogged the toilet but left feces all over the toilet lid and even in the floor, I would have to pay $25 to have it cleaned.

Great stay for my family after arriving to a dirty BnB after 10 hours in the car. Staff was friendly and helpful and quickly got us checked in to our room. Would stay again. Be ware of events going on in the area. There was a car show and traffic/crowds were horrendous.

Staff was awesome! My granddaughter and I had a great time. Didn’t like the fact that there was no microwave or coffee maker in room, had a microwave at the vending machines but was extremely dated. And of course EVERYTHING expensive

Our room was not clean. Mold on the shower curtain and the shower. Towels and sheets were stained. The housekeeper could hardly speak English and could not bring the proper things for our bed. She had to get another staff member to help us.

Our stay was really nice. The pools stay open until 11 pm which is really nice. I don’t like the fact if you’re not in the main building you have to go out of building 2, through the main building and around to get to the out door pool. When it’s literally steps away from building 2, it’s almost like a punishment for not being in the main building. There isn’t any type of enclosure to walk under if it’s raining or cooler outside either. Other than that the room was nice. Pizza was good, coffee was good.

We just happened to stumble across this resort looking for a last minute trip for my grandkids fall break and it did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly, clean rooms, excellent water park for all ages and so many activities as well as restaurants.. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!
