Recently built, the Cerrano Park Residence is made up of two buildings, with 12 three-room apartments, and offers its guests the unique opportunity to have breakfast while enjoying a breathtaking view of the Torre del Cerrano Marine Protected Area. The Scirocco apartment is located on the first floor and is on two levels. First level with entrance, living room with kitchen complete with accessories, dishes, crockery, as well as fridge with freezer compartment, oven and gas hob, access to the terrace equipped with table and chairs, 1 double sofa bed in the living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower box. The internal staircase leads to the upper floor consisting of 1 sleeping area with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and terrace facing the sea. The Residence offers free access to the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, all apartments have independent air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, as well as internal parking available for guests. Potential but disappointing

We have been to Foggetta many times and knew where the property was, the location is great. We arrived on a Sunday, and had received instructions on how to check in as there wouldn’t be anyone onsite. There was a miscommunication and we had conflicting details for the check in process. It took several messages back and forth to sort out and we were waiting on the blistering heat. Finally got it sorted. Arrived in the apartment ans the kitchen sink had an obvious leak as there was water pooling out under the cabinets. This again took several messages back and forth and a few days to resolve completely. I was happy to have access to a washing machine however, we could not complete a cycle of laundry without the electricity going out at least once. This is without running any other electrical things in the apartment at the same time. It was very frustrating. The air conditioning was also a problem. Temperature was 40° each day and the main AC unit was not efficient. The fan wasn’t running on it and we tried to speak with maintenance about it but it never was resolved. It was very hot and uncomfortable. To the point where we had to go out and purchase a fan to keep on at least at night. I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals and there was a lack of amenities with this one. It is a beach apartment. It would be nice to have beach towels and some food basics (salt, sugar, etc). There was one toilet roll in each bathroom and a small cleaning kit included.
