Olive Tree Suite Apartment

Located on the second floor of the country Villa Santa Giulia, the Gli Olivi apartment, of the Superior type, overlooks the east side of the garden, enjoying a particular view of the surrounding olive hills. The apartment has an independent air conditioning system in the summer and heating in the medium seasons. All windows are equipped with anti-noise and thermal glass and mosquito nets. In the living room there is a kitchen counter equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The living area of the living room has a single sofa bed, a satellite TV system and a fast WiFi connection. Upon request, a cot can be added in the bedroom and a high chair in the living room. The bathrooms are equipped with a large shower, bath towels, towels, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. The bedroom has a king size double bed, choice of pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets. In the technical room, common to these two apartments, there is a washing machine and a clothesline.
The Gli Olivi apartment, of about 50 square meters, consists of a living room with living area and kitchen bench and a large double bedroom, communicating with the bathroom, which in particular has a shower system with jet rain and trio massage. All the windows have a view of the garden and of the olive groves that surround the villa in the distance. The living room also has a skylight with opening and darkening by remote control. The apartment comfortably accommodates three people.
