Excellent little place this is,very authentic,clean in a superb location in the middle of the old town (5mins walk to the tower), The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, Can’t recommend this place high enough for what you pay!!

Likes: old world atmosphere; reminds me of my grandma's house. Free welcome non-alcoholic beverages. Codes to enter the building were emailed to me a few days before check in. Dislike: No front desk staff to greet guests, although I am aware of it.

Lovely room and

Ideal position for 'tourist Pisa' and very reasonable price. Lovely old building and room. Furnished in matching style, comfortable and clean. There is some noise from other parts of the building and the square outside, but passing and not constant.

This place was beautiful, close to everything, comfortable. Very easy communication. I loved everything about the room. Request room number 2 positively charming. Do not forget to look to the left for the coffee station.

Nice place to stay. Super close to The tower.

This is a pretty good place to stay at. It’s all on one floor but keep in mind it’s up two flights of stairs. On the site it does say that there is no elevator but it doesn’t state clearly that it’s on the second floor. The bathroom was super clean however the floors could use some work there was lots of dirt no carpet. Would stay again if I bring someone to take my suit case up the stairs. The owner was very nice and checks on you throughout your stay.

Convenient location within 10 mins walk to the leaning tower of Pisa and cathedral. There is no service/staff so to speak because there was no reception. Found it a bit odd that coffee & tea were communal (no milk…) and luggage storage is in the corridor monitored by a CCTV. But the rook was fine.

The location was great but the property itself is in a bit of shambles. When walking on the floor of the room, the whole room vibrated. The cleanliness of the room was not good. Poorly desgined bathroom with not enough hooks to hang the towel and the clothes. There is a sanded glass on the door of the bathroom right opposite the toilet seat. The bed cover had stains on it and the mattress is not comfortable. There is a shared bathroom right next to the room and you can hear people go to the bathroom through the wall at night.

The property has a very unique charm and it's located 350m walking to the leaning tower, it couldn't be more convenient. Prices are good for the area. Our room was reasonably sized and was only missing a desk to be perfect. The toilet was quite big as well. The building is quite old and you can see it in the rooms but it's actually what attracted us. The furnitures are also chosen with good taste. There was a full sized mirror in the room, the only real negative point was the slowness of the wifi, maybe because of the distance from the router. We also appreciated the presence of a coffee machine with capsules in the common area.
