This 3 bedroom 2 bath unit is on Bocilla Lagoon and across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Hard decision to hop in the boat from your private dock or cruise the 7 miles of quiet shell filled beach.
Palm Island is a bridge- less barrier island, 7 miles long between Sarasota and Sanibel Island on Florida's gulf coast. We are accessed ONLY by a 3 minute car ferry OR a private boat ride. www.palmislandtransit.com for ferry pricing hours, and information.

Kitchen updates, new granite counters, and cabinets, appliances, new furniture, beds, and linens. New master bathroom. All new dining and living room furniture.

* Situated on Bocilla Lagoon and across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, with a private walkway to the beach just steps sway.
*Pet friendly one pet limit, $150 pet fee with a signed pet agreement.
*Communal heated pool just steps away. Closed at this time due to damages from hurricane.
*The tennis court is across the street from the unit, and is also lined for pickleball.
*Fully equipped kitchen, with all new appliance and all new dishware, including granite counter tops.
*The screened in front porch is an ideal place to enjoy dinner while watching the sun set into the Gulf.
*Sleeps 6 comfortably in the bedrooms all new beds, mattresses and linens, and sleeps 2 additional on sofa sleeper in living room.
*Private dock on Bocilla Lagoon which can accommodate up to a 23ft boat. Ask me about bridge clearance to bring you boat. You can fish right from the private dock too.
*Lazy, breezy hammocks for total relaxation in the private area under house to relax and enjoy the lagoon view.

What a dream! I was initially worried about the pool being closed, but it was not even a noticeable thing to miss when we were on the island! We rented the golf cart to explore and get ice cream at the local shop! Played hours of pickleball and never missed a sunset! My young kids loved how shallow the water was to be able to play - we also loved shelling all day and just relaxing together. The set up with the lagoon on one side and ocean views on the other was incredible. Forever grateful for our time on the island! Diane was an incredible host and made staying on the property so easy. Thank you!

We loved everything about our vacation here! The house was clean and perfect for our family of 7. The kayaks, and paddle board were a bonus. We saw a baby dolphin and her mother in the lagoon and were able to get close to them using the paddle board. We found hundreds of sharks teeth on the beach during our week stay and beautiful shells as well. There also was a wagon which was a big help bringing kids toys and beach chairs back and forth to the beach. The beach was not crowded and we often felt like we were on our own private beach. Because of the way the house is situated looking over the tennis courts, you are able to see the beach and gulf out the front of the house and the lagoon out the back of the house! We were fortunate to meet the host Diane who is a lovely person and very accommodating. We are already booked for next year! Can’t wait to return !!!

Pleasant stay on palm island

Such a great vacation for our group! The house was so nice and very well laid out. The host Diane was very kind and accommodating. The location had great accessibility for both fishing and beach. The beach itself was clean with so many sharks teeth. We even saw 3 seaturtles at night laying their eggs. We will be back next year, 5 star experience!

Relaxing beach house

We enjoyed our stay! We most enjoyed relaxing on an empty beach, hanging out on the screened in porch, and exploring the island on the golf cart. This is our second stay at this property and I would recommend it.

Great House

The house was beautiful. It was a great location and could see the beach from the screened in porch. Very easy walk to beach. House comes with great beach supplies so if flying it’s nice to still have chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, ect provided. Owner is wonderful and provides and abundance of information on the house, island, services, and surrounding area. Our family had a wonderful time.

Super clean and charming island home. Bay( lagoon that leads to bay) to Gulf of America!The location of this property is absolutely perfect. The owner of the property was super responsive and communicative. Upon arrival we found a really clean and spacious rental. We especially loved the huge fridge! Normal sized fridges and 8 adults on an island is always problematic. No worries there!

This is our second stay on Don Pedro Island. We love the quiet beach. Our place was a short walk to the beach and when we were not at the beach we still could enjoy a great view. Communication was amazing. Would stay again!!!

Island Time

The name says it all. Once you step foot inside this rental all your cares disappear. All the conveniences of home but but an incredible island beach footsteps away. Excellent communication with owner who provides you with great info to make your trip all it can be.

Book the house you won’t regret it !!

Great house with everything you could need for a beach vacation. Very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed evening rides in the golf cart. Dockage for our boat was a plus and host gave detailed instructions how to navigate the canals to the house. Definitely plan on renting again

Best place on the island

The owner meets all your needs. Communication is wonderful. The screened patio is great to have morning coffee and the hammock is where you will relax in the evening after a day at the Gulf. Looking forward to staying again.

Great place for Family Vacation

The owner was very prompt in answering any questions and very helpful. The Island is are favorite vacation spot. The location of unit is a close walk to beach. Partial beach view from front porch, spent a lot of time there after I fractured my ankle and could no longer go up and down stairs. Overall great place, would recommend.

Great Place!

‘Island Time’ is a wonderful place to stay if you’re considering spending time on Palm Island. The property is just as described on the listing, it’s clean, up to date, kitchen is fully furnished and the property owner is great with communication and prompt with responses on any questions you may have. The beach and the pool are just a short, few minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book this property again!
