Exceptionnelle location dans la campagne traditionnelle italienne

La maison est typique et fonctionnelle. Le cadre
une vue Ă  couper le souffle, la piscine est magnifique au milieu des oliviers. Des brasseurs d’air dans toute les chambres seraient parfait. Nous avons adorĂ© sĂ©journer dans ce havre de paix. Une maison unique avec des nombreux dĂ©tails et dĂ©corations personnelles et artistiques. Nous avons ressentit une vraie ambiance familiale chaleureuse.

Beau séjour à Castel San Pietro.

Maison agréable située à 1h de Rome . Magnifique vue depuis la propriété. Propriétaires trÚs sympathiques. Point négatif: tout petit réfrigérateur, accÚs à la 3Úme chambre à l'étage par des escaliers en colimaçon difficile pour les enfants et comme dans beaucoup de locations à la campagne, chiens qui aboient toute la nuit.

Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss....

Schöner Aufenthalt vor den Toren Roms

Wir haben als Familie mit 6 Personen 2 Wochen in diesem gerĂ€umigen Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus hat zwei BĂ€der, jeweils mit Dusche + WC, drei gerĂ€umige Schlafzimmer sowie eine zum Wohnzimmer offene Galerie mit Schlafsofa. FĂŒr die nötige Erfrischung bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen sorgt der gepflegte Pool. Wir genossen die Liegen im Schatten der BĂ€ume und die absolute Ruhe. Der Garten im Olivenhain ist sehr schön angelegt, ĂŒberall findet man duftende RosmarinstrĂ€ucher sowie Salbei und Thymian. Mit den beiden Terrassen am Haus findet man immer einen Platz im Schatten. Vom ganzen GrundstĂŒck hat man wunderbare Aussichten in die reizvolle Landschaft und sieht am Abend die erleuchteten AuslĂ€ufer von Rom. Nach Rom fĂ€hrt man am besten mit dem Zug von Poggio Mirteto bis Rom Tiburtina. Von da aus kann man den örtlichen Nahverkehr nutzen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen vielleicht einmal wieder.

wat een heerlijke woning en plek

heerlijk groot huis, mooie plek waarbij je vanaf de berg een prachtig uitzicht hebt. Grote tuin en een heerlijk zwembad wat veel meer open is dan of de foto's. In werkelijkheid is het veel beter dan op de foto's. De host is bijzonder vriendelijk. Dank voor een heerlijke week.

Wunderbarer Aufenhalt in Natur

Wir waren zwei wochenlang mit unseren zwei Kindern und unserem Hund in dem Landhaus. Wir haben jeden Augenblick genossen. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Das Anwesen ist ca. 50 km von Rom entfernt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage. Mann ist in der Natur und ist aber doch 50 km von Rom entfernt. Zwei Wochen nach dem Urlaub sind wir immer noch von dem Landhaus begeistert. Selbst die Kinder hatten in der Natur ihren Spass.

Großes Landhaus mit ĂŒberragender Aussicht

Wir haben die Unterkunft fĂŒr 5 Tage fĂŒr einen Golfausflug unter Freunden gebucht. Das Haus ist sehr groß, mit 3 getrennten Schlafzimmern und 2 BĂ€dern, was fĂŒr unsere Gruppe ideal war. Alles war makellos sauber. Wir haben die großzĂŒgige Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht ĂŒber die römischen HĂŒgel ausgiebig genutzt. Die Kommunkation mit Giorgio lief schnell und unkompliziert. Danke fĂŒr die schönen Tage.

splendida location

le foto non rendono l'idea della bellezza del luogo. la villa Ăš adagiata su una collina di ulivi, panorami mozzafiato e tranquillitĂ . Cucina perfettamente attrezzata con moderni elettrodomestici forno, lavastoviglie, un piccolo frigorifero piĂč uno enorme con congelatore nel locale di servizio. Due bagni di cui uno con doccia walk-in, barbecue e lavatrice. Host molto disponibile e gentile. Torneremo.

Fabulous holiday

We were blown away by the incredible view upon arrival and the pool was glorious. Giorgio was incredibly attentive to our every need - answering our queries immediately, providing local information he thought might be of interest and providing things we needed within minutes! The house is full of lovely artworks, we especially liked the watercolour paintings. We had a truly special holiday, thank you Giorgio.

Beautiful villa in the hills outside Rome

We had a wonderful time at Giorgio's place. We are 3 friends who stayed for the month of September and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Livia and Girogio were so friendly and made sure we had everything we could need - Giorgio very kindly kept the swimming pool open into October for us! The house is even more beautiful than the photographs and in a lovely, quiet area with spectacular views of the Sabine Hills and Rome. The kitchen is fully equipped, with three lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms made this the perfect space for us and the few friends that came to visit. While a car is essential, the local train station in Poggio Mirteto Scalo (about a 15/20 minute drive) meant that getting into Rome was easy and cheap. I highly recommend the area and Giorgio's place - thank you so much!

schönes Haus in schöner Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön gelegen in einem Olivenhain, mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Landschaft. Hier ist fĂŒr ausreichend Ruhe und Erholung gesorgt, Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und die Kommunikation mit Giorgio verlief sehr unkompliziert und er war bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. AusflĂŒge nach Rom oder in weniger bekannte sehr schöne alte Dörfer und StĂ€dte, oder an Badeseen oder Meer, sind mit etwas Fahrtweg auch gut machbar. Wer also fernab vom Tourismus etwas Ruhe sucht zum lesen, oder gerne Rennrad fĂ€hrt, kann hier einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Urlaub verbringen.

Goed onderkomen in de buurt van Rome

Fraaie vakantiewoning voor 6 - 8 personen. Mooi uitzicht en fijn zwembad. Sommige zaken wat verouderd maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Grootste nadeel is dat in de avond en nacht de honden in de omgeving zeer goed te horen zijn.

Fantastic

Beautiful large house with a wonderful atmosphere and wonderful views. Private, quiet surroundings, and still only 10 minutes by car supermarkets, restaurants, gelateria and more. Everything works, and owners are super kind and helpful. Thank you very much, Giorgio and family! The pool was perfect for playing, relaxing and cooling down, you can also swim in the river 10 minutes away.

Livia & son Giorgio couldn’t have been more helpful & kind especially when we had car rental problems at Rome airport. Their home is a lovely peaceful place for a retreat, a good time to relax. Stunning views - plus a lovely pool.

La casa molto spaziosa e confortevole adatta ad accogliere perfettamente una famiglia in cerca di relax, con una piscina grande e curata. Il terreno intorno alla casa oltre che bellissimo con una vista mozzafiato Ú adatto anche per gli animali da compagnia È necessaria la macchina per spostarsi ma ne vale la pena, da rifare assolutamente!!

Perfect!

We had a very good time at Giorgio's place with our 3 kids between 8 and 13 years oud. A nice house with a perfect view and a good swimmingpool for hot days. Very quiet surrounding and a lot to see and to do. Not only visiting Rome is an option, but also beautiful villages and marvelous nature like Monte Tancia. The contact with Giorgio before and during our stay was very good and he was always available to help. We hope to visit this place again.

A wonderful holiday home

This is a beautiful spacious house, surrounded by a large private garden with stunning countryside views, equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. A real home from home! There is a large swimming pool, many seating areas and two dining tables outside – you really are spoilt for choice. Everything is obviously well maintained and very well looked after, the furnishings are very comfortable and tasteful and there are lots of personal touches. There were only two of us staying, but the property is easily big enough for eight people. The house is in a lovely rural location, which is very peaceful and relaxing, but you are also well located for local shops and restaurants. If you want to explore further afield, the gardens in Tivoli are about an hour away by car and Rome is easily accessible in 45 minutes by train from Poggio Mirteto station (we found it easiest to book tickets at www.thetrainline.com as tickets are then immediately available on your phone). We caught the train to Tiburtina station in Rome and then used the underground Metro to both the Colosseum and Vatican City stops (Metro tickets can be bought at Tiburtina station from the ticket machine near the platform). We must say a big thank you to Giorgio who met us on arrival and also provided lots of useful information prior to our holiday. We absolutely loved our stay and did not want to leave!
