The hotel was absolutely fabulous in every way, considering it was off-season, and so some amenities were not available. The staff went out of their way to make everything great for us! The only issue was beyond their control in that at 7:45 in the morning construction began right outside our window, and we could not enjoy the balcony at all for breakfast or coffee. It was so noisy that it was even hurt inside our room, which was otherwise very quiet. However, again, the staff was wonderful and the venue was absolutely beautiful.

Very nice and very clean rooms. The front desk staff were all very helpful. The only complaint I have is the views from most of the rooms are very limited and show mainly a busy street that is on both sides of the hotel. The rooms on the highest floor have some views but none were available during our stay.

Amazing hotel. Only complaint is checkout at 11. We were pressured to leave with multiple visits from staff despite being only 30 mins late. Given check in is at 4, it was quite unnecessary.

Excellent resort. Friendly & helpful staff. Pool and Hot Tub perfectly clean. Our room was also perfectly clean. Half mile walk to the beach. They also run shuttles during primetime season. Not much more to think about this is a great place to enjoy Long Beach Island.
