Complex of trulli in a panoramic area between Castellana Grotte and Polignano a Mare in a Mediterranean setting of olive trees and fruit trees. Garden and lawn of about 2000m with ornamental plants. Very suggestive pool in stones with rocks and beach, surrounded by nature and typical plants of the Mediterranean, from the arbutus to the pomegranate. Sun loungers and stone shower with hot water. The outdoor area features a large kitchen equipped with every comfort, with a dishwasher, fridge and large barbecue. Large table in oak wood with benches, at the shade of a large patio in front of the kitchen. Possibility of organizing dinners with a chef proposed by our team. Under another patio, it is possible to relax on sofas and armchairs enjoying the chance to hear music outside, as the villa is equipped with sound system throughout the area. The entrance of the trulli is characterized by the shadow of a beautiful old vine of black grapes recovered with great wisdom. The trulli are made up of four bedrooms, two master rooms, two doubles and three bathrooms. Kitchen and living area with a single sofa bed, (suitable for children or teenagers up to 14 years old.)  External bathroom with shower. Sound system near the swimming pool area. Pool 21x 6m. The villa is 13 km from Polignano a Mare, 3 km from Castellana Grotte and the nearest supermarket is at 800 mt. The nearest beaches are only 15 km away, Polignano a Mare and Monopoli.

If you are a big group you can consider to rent the property next door, located a few steps away from this one, with a private pool and a private outdoor area. 
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions to access the property and arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is Eur 100.00.

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
Late check-in fee: between 20:00 and 00:00 €100.00. Check-in after 00:00.
