Dimora del Ferroviere is a two-level house located in a very central position, in the heart of the historic center of Polignano a Mare. The accommodation has a beautiful private terrace and a small balcony overlooking Via Roma, the most important and popular street in the historic centre.

Dimora del Ferroviere has two bedrooms and three bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people and it is equipped with A/C in each room and Wi-Fi.



Dimora del Ferroviere is accessed from a small side street off Via Roma, the most popular street in the historic center of Polignano a Mare.

A staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a living room with kitchen, equipped with 4 gas burners, oven, microwave, sink, fridge and table with chairs. There is also a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a small balcony overlooking Via Roma, where there are a table and two outdoor chairs. A small corridor leads to the first double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

There is also a second flight of stairs leading to the second floor. On the right we find a second double bedroom with bathroom with shower and on the left the access to the private terrace equipped with shade sail, outdoor table and chairs and sunlongers.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.



Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 150€
