Parco del Lauro 36 is a ground floor apartment located a few steps from Pino Pascali Museum, a museum of contemporary art overlooking the sea, in an area not far from the historic center and with easier parking facilities. The apartment is about 700m from the main square, 400m from the historic center overlooking the sea and about a kilometer from both the famous Lama Monachile beach and the beautiful Port\'Alga beach. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, it can comfortably accommodate 3 people.



Parco del Lauro 36 is accessed via an entrance gate that opens onto the external area reserved for guests furnished with an outdoor living room.

Inside the accomodation we find a living room with kitchen, equipped with 4 gas burners, oven, sink, fridge and table with chairs.

A small corridor leads to the sleeping area where there are two bedrooms, one with doublebed and one with single bed, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.



Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 100€
