Fantastic apartment with hot tub and pool, just steps from the beach in Puerto Pollença.

This charming and modern light-filled duplex has recently been redecorated. It offers a private hot tub with mountain views and a communal swimming pool. It is only one street back from the sea front and is a short easy stroll along the beach promenade into the town centre. It is a fantastic apartment, fully equipped, with plenty of space for families or groups.
The apartment has two spacious terraces. The front terrace has a dining table with seating for 8, a large sofa area and a hot tub which has mountain views for a beautiful sunset. The back terrace has a table and loungers and leads directly to the pool. There is a large tree shaded park just around the corner and another directly on the beach, which is great if you have young children, as well as a beach bar for the adults!

The location is fantastic, close to the sea front where there are plenty of places to eat or have cocktails and watch the sun go down over the mountains! There is a large mini market on the front to purchase things you need and a pharmacy too.
If you would like to explore further Pollenca old town is only about a 5 minute drive, Alcudia old town about 10 minute drive, and you also have Formentor further up the coast which is great for cycling too.
It is is not necessary to hire a car if you plan on staying locally as everything can be access by walking. However it is useful if you want to explore further afield. There are however also good local buses, the closest bus stop is only a 5 minute walk and the main bus station in town is a 10 minute walk.

The apartment is fitted with an osmosis filter so drinking water is on tap.

2 week family holiday Puerto Pollensa

We had a lovely 2 week holiday staying at the property. Really can’t fault anything. The owners were very helpful, friendly and responded immediately to any questions we had. It is such a well equipped property and things like providing beach towels, for example, are much appreciated details. It’s amazing how many self catering places don’t provide beach towels, which takes up luggage space. The apartment is in a perfect location. The pool is never too busy, it’s only a few minutes walk to the beach, and 10mins walk into the port and pine walk. Highly recommend.

A lovely stay at La Nau

We were a family of six; two adults and two children ages 8 and 11; and a set of grandparents. We all LOVED our stay. Our hosts were super before and during our stay - they went beyond - it was nice to have the personal touch and not have to deal with an average agency. The apartment was spotless; well set up / stocked with everything you need. A fantastic location to explore Peurto Pollenca and the surrounds. A super easy and enjoyable family holiday. We will definitely book again. In fact a holiday house you want to recommend but fear it might get booked up by others! :-)
