Brisa Marina for five people front beach

The Beach Apartment Brisa Marina is a modern apartment with a unique location offering a huge private terrace and clear views of Puerto Pollensa beach. With capacity for up to 5 people in air-conditioned interiors with tasteful and stylish finishes, this spacious apartment is perfect for all guests seeking unforgettable holidays by the sea in one of Mallorca's most beautiful tourist resorts. With a perfect sandy beach, facilities for children, restaurants, bars and shops practically around the corner, this holiday home will not disappoint even the most demanding guests!



The apartment is located on the first floor, offering the additional advantage of having one of the largest balconies with a view of the sea in Puerto Pollensa (which includes a dining table and sun loungers). There is a large living room, equipped with sofas, TV (free channels), wi-fi, dining table, doors leading to the outside, as well as a fully equipped independent kitchen. The 3 rooms, spacious and cosy, are respectively a double, one with two single beds and a single one, for a total of up to 5 people. There are also 2 large bathrooms with bathtub and shower.



For the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available and included in the price between 14:00 and 16:00 and 20:00-8:00.



The tourist tax is included in the rates.



Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
