Just minutes from the historic old town of Pollensa, this villa offers a peaceful retreat in the Mallorcan countryside, perfect for families or groups of friends.





Accommodation & Interior



Can Verd comprises a Main House, southwest-facing with views over the Vall d’en Colonya, plus a separate Guest House, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The main house blends rustic character with modern comfort, featuring white walls, wooden beams, archways, and cozy furnishings. Fully refurbished in 2019, the villa now offers modern bathrooms with underfloor heating, a well-equipped kitchen, and hot/cold air-conditioning throughout.



- Ground floor: inviting living area, additional seating area, dining space, fully equipped kitchen, and one double bedroom with ensuite shower bathroom

- First floor: two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with three bathrooms (two ensuite)

- Laundry room included for longer stays



The L-shaped layout allows every ground-floor room direct access to the stone terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.



Guest House: The separate guest annex offers privacy and comfort, featuring an Italian double bed, ensuite shower, Smart TV, and air conditioning — ideal for families or friends.





Outdoor Living & Pool



Set on an extensive private plot, the gardens are beautifully maintained with multiple seating and dining areas, including a fully equipped gas barbecue.



The uniquely shaped swimming pool is the centerpiece of outdoor living. It can be heated on request (extra charge), and a pool fence is available for families with young children. Lush lawns, olive trees, and flowering plants create a relaxing, picturesque setting.

Maintenance: Gardeners and maintenance staff access the property 2–3 times per week to supervise installations, check pool quality, clean terraces, and water plants. For longer stays, full garden maintenance occurs on Friday or Saturday morning.

Can Verd offers stunning views across the Pollensa countryside, with the dramatic Tramuntana Mountains as a backdrop.



The villa is just a few minutes’ drive from Pollensa town, with restaurants, shops, and charming streets. The 5-star Son Brull Hotel is within walking distance, featuring fine dining, a wellness spa, and tennis courts. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy Golf Pollensa, just over 1 km away.



While a car is recommended, scenic walking routes surround the villa, including a 50-minute walk into Pollensa.
