VILLA LA FONT - FAMILY AND FRIENDS

La Font Villa is a charming 3-bedroom Mallorcan villa with a private pool, designed in the island’s traditional style. It is set in a peaceful area near the Serra de Tramuntana and, at the same time, around a 20-minute stroll to the old town of Pollença, as well as a short drive to the beaches of the bay.



On arrival, the first thing that will catch your eye is the elegant presence of impressive palm trees framing the pool area, instantly setting a holiday mood. You will also enjoy free wifi throughout the property.



The villa is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living and dining area with a flat-screen TV—ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring. Next to this space is the kitchen, fully equipped and designed to make cooking comfortable, with a handy breakfast table for informal meals. Also on this floor there is a double bedroom and a full bathroom.



On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, both bright and well ventilated, as well as a second full bathroom. From here you can access a spacious terrace with lovely views over the pool and the surrounding mountains—perfect for reading or enjoying the evening light.



Outside, the private pool takes centre stage, accompanied by a lawn area and native plants that add privacy and a relaxed atmosphere. Beside the pool, a large covered terrace with barbecue and an outdoor kitchen invites you to enjoy memorable lunches and dinners, making the most of Mallorca’s pleasant climate.



All bedrooms have air conditioning (hot/cold). In line with local energy-saving initiatives, air conditioning is scheduled in all units from 21:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.



During your stay, you can discover the charm of Pollença, with its shops, cafés, restaurants, local market and historic ambience. You will also be close to Puerto Pollença, ideal for seaside walks and water sports, as well as Cala Sant Vicenç, known for its crystal-clear coves and spectacular views.
