There is also another double room and another with two single beds, both with en-suite bathrooms. These three rooms are connected by a spectacular balcony, from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the Mallorcan landscape.



On the ground floor is the fourth room, also with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs. All rooms are equipped with unlimited air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort at any time of the year.



Outside, a well-kept garden and a private pool invite you to relax under the Mallorcan sun. The modern kitchen has an island ideal for cooking together, an adjacent table for informal breakfasts and a private dining room with an indoor barbecue. This space opens directly onto the terrace through a large window, creating a bright and cozy atmosphere to enjoy outdoor meals.



The villa is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, complete kitchen utensils, dishwasher, oven and air conditioning in the living room.

Villa Tereu is located 5 minutes by car from the charming historic center of Pollença and, for those who enjoy walking, about 25 minutes on foot through a pleasant route for those who do not want to drive everywhere. Villa Tereu is located in the Colonya valley area of Pollensa, with mountains in the background and the town close by. From here you can walk to the center of Pollensa (20 min) where you will find a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars that the town has to offer, from local tapas to elegant and expensive restaurants, as well as shops and other traditional and current businesses.



The city is immersed in history and this is evident everywhere, from the Church of the Main Square and the beautiful landscapes of the Calvary. The Sunday market is especially colorful with local fruits, vegetables, nuts and spices.



There are several easily accessible supermarkets distributed throughout the city.



Puerto de Pollensa, just 10 minutes by car, offers a long sandy beach to relax and a beautiful and spectacular bay. A wide selection of water sports for the more active, from renting a windsurfing, kayak or sailboat to practice water skiing or jet skiing.



In Cala San Vicente and Formentor, you will find the ideal place to go out and enjoy a natural landscape, while pure and clear water or diving. Cala San Vicente offers excellent restaurants serving delicious fresh fish and seafood.



Although a car is not essential, additional flexibility is recommended as Villa Tereu is well located to explore other beautiful and picturesque areas near the town of Pollensa and its coast.
