This floor also includes a double bedroom with two single beds and direct views of the pool, as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub.
The upper floor accommodates the remaining bedrooms. To the left of the staircase are two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds and generous, light-filled spaces. Directly opposite the stairs is a shared bathroom with a bathtub serving this floor. To the right is the master bedroom, equipped with a double bed, views over the garden and pool, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Next to it is another double bedroom with two single beds, equally bright and airy, also featuring a private bathroom with a shower.
All bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning available 24 hours a day, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the year.
From the living area, guests have direct access to the outdoor space, where a large furnished terrace invites al fresco dining thanks to its generous table and barbecue. In addition, two large supermarkets are located around 10 minutes away on foot or just 2 minutes by car.
