Can Boseta is a picturesque traditional stone villa located within walking distance of the charming town of Pollença, accommodating up to eight guests. Surrounded by nature and boasting open views of the countryside and mountains, this property offers a peaceful and private setting, ideal for relaxing family holidays or breaks with friends.

Access is via a gated private driveway leading to a spacious parking area for several vehicles. Outside, the well-tended garden with colourful flowers and the private pool, surrounded by lawn and sun loungers, invite you to enjoy the sun and tranquillity. Close to the pool is the barbecue house, equipped with a large table, chairs, a built-in barbecue, double sink, and food preparation area, all overlooking the garden and pool — perfect for al fresco dining.

Inside, the villa blends traditional Mallorcan style with modern comforts. Exposed wooden beams and a decorative fireplace add character to the living room, which features air conditioning for both cooling and heating. Through a stone archway, the living room connects to the dining area, where a table for eight provides direct access to the terrace.

Can Boseta has four bedrooms: on the ground floor, one with a double bed and another with two single beds; upstairs, one with a double bed and another with two single beds.

Regarding bathrooms, the ground floor has a full bathroom with a shower; upstairs, the master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom. There is also a second full bathroom with a shower.

Family holiday

We had a great holiday at villa can bonseta, everything went well, unfortunately there were a few cleaning issues which were quickly dealt with. The property is a little dated and could do with an update in a few areas, however this did not detract from us having a great weeks break.

All the facilities we needed, good air con (during the permitted hours) and Josep was quick to respond to any queries.House is the same as the photos and the pool is lovely. As others have said, bbq needs a new grill and it could do with a little TLC in places, but for our family of 8 people, it was perfect! We stayed in aug 2022.

Spacious villa with great pool.

Great rooms and pool. Large bedrooms with excellent storage and comfy beds. Kitchen well equipped as is the pool house BBQ area. The owner is also really helpful and friendly. Pool has some depth to it which is great. Location wise it's very peaceful and the nearest bar is 10 minutes walk away and town is about 20-25 minutes to walk. The negatives points are very small, you need a good mosquito strategy and the shower pressure wasn't great. The house also needed a good airing but once cleared was fine.

Charmante, rustikale und ländlich gelegene, aber auch etwas in die Jahre gekommene Finca

Lage Die Lage fanden wir top, schön ländlich gelegen, und doch ist alles schnell erreichbar, bei Bedarf sogar fussläufig (10 Geh-Minuten zur Busstation, 15-25 Minuten nach Pollenca). Mit dem Auto ist man noch schneller überall, ca. - 5 Minuten bis zum Lidl, Eroski - 5 Minuten auf die andere Stadtseite (Restaurant, Läden, Markt etc.) - 10 Minuten bis Port Pollenca - 15-20 Minuten bis Alcudia/Port Alcudia - 50 Minuten nach Palma - Etc. Grundstück Die Finca liegt schön rustikal eingebettet zwischen anderen grossen Grundstücken, was eine gewisse Privatsphäre ergibt, jedoch kann man je nach Bewohner der angrenzenden Häuser, diese doch hören. In unserem Fall hat es jedoch nicht gestört oder uns beeinträchtigt, da war mancher Hahn, Hund oder Pony lauter. Das Anwesen ist sauber und gepflegt, und die verschiedenen Pflanzen und Bäume sind gut gepflegt und werden vom Besitzer des Hauses auch regelmässig bewässert und unterhalten. Das alles gibt dem ganzen viel Charme und verleitet, die eine oder andere Aprikose, Kumquat oder Zitrone zu pflücken. Viel Platz zum Rumtoben oder so gibt es hingegen nicht, da ein Teil des Grundstücks Landwirtschaftlich vom Besitzer genutzt wird, aber für die Liegestühle um den Pool oder eine Partie PingPong auf der anderen Seite reicht es locker. Haus Dieses ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man an der einen oder anderen Ecke merkt, jedoch tut dies keinen Abbruch am Charme der Finca. Einziger «Kritikpunkt» ist die Küche, in der das eine oder andere erneuert werden könnte. Positiv fand ich in dem Zusammenhang jedoch, dass wenn mal etwas zu Bruch ging kein grosses TamTam darum gemacht wurde oder wie in unserem Fall, als die Filterkaffeemaschine ausstieg, diese taggleich ersetzt wurde. Wir haben jedoch nur die Küche im Haus genutzt, somit kann über die zweite Aussenküche nicht viel gesagt werden. W-Lan ist vorhanden, doch nicht überall gut im Haus verfügbar. Zimmer Die 2 Zimmer oben haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad, das eine sogar mit Bad en-suite, die zwei Zimmer unten teilen sich eines. Das eine Zimmer unten mit zwei Einzelbetten ist etwas klein, sodass das eine Bett direkt vor dem Schrank stehen muss. Die Betten sind ok, jedoch sind die Matratzen teilweise doch schon etwas durchgelegen. Fazit Schönes Haus, schönes Grundstück, und bei 4-6 Erwachsenen vollkommen ausreichend. Bei 8 Erwachsenen wäre es doch schon sehr kuschelig. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen dort und würden es in der Kombination definitiv wieder buchen.
