There are three bathrooms in total: two with showers (one of which is wheelchair accessible) and one with a bath. All rooms have air conditioning without time restrictions, ensuring a comfortable rest throughout the day and night. Additionally, the house offers complimentary Wi-Fi, satellite television, private parking, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

Originally built as a family home, this house stands out for its high-quality materials and warm, well-maintained atmosphere, surpassing many properties intended solely for holiday rentals.

The beautiful Mediterranean garden, featuring a wide variety of palm trees, provides a serene and natural setting. The large outdoor terrace, furnished with a substantial wooden table under shade, is perfect for enjoying alfresco meals and spectacular sunsets.

The interior layout includes an entrance hall from the terrace, a cosy lounge with a rustic fireplace, a dining room with direct access to the outside, and a fully equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the ground floor, while the remaining two bedrooms and the third bathroom (with a bath) are located upstairs.

One of the property’s greatest highlights is its impressive 55 m² summer kitchen, equipped with an oven, barbecue, a small bar, and a large dining table — an ideal space to enjoy long outdoor evenings during the summer months.

The location is excellent: situated in a peaceful and well-connected area, just minutes from Pollensa, Alcudia, Puerto de Pollensa, and the finest beaches of northern Mallorca. Furthermore, the pool and garden maintenance are regularly managed by the owner to ensure they are always kept in perfect condition.

Very nice place, lovely pool and garden, we just lived outside and used the outdoorkitchen. Very clean, there was a small present with fruit and some drinks when we arrived late, that was really awesome. Would always come again!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Finca (3 Familien, 3 Kleinkinder). Das Grundstück ist gut gepflegt und schaut exakt so aus wie auf den Bildern. Guter Pool mit Whirlpool Funktion. Wie schon in einigen Rezensionen angemerkt, ist die Sommerküche ein Highlight - Babyphone mit genug Reichweite ermöglichen hier auch mit kleinen Kindern schöne, lange Abende :)man erreicht mit kurzen Autofahrten diverse Strände und Wanderungen. Klare Empfehlung!

We recently stayed at this lovely villa for one week with my family and had a really fantastic time using the the facilities . Our Hosts are lovely people and so helpful. Checking in was very straight forward once we located the villa. It was very exciting exploring the villa and so much to see. The pool and dining area adjacent the pool are what makes the villa so special. To be honest we only used the main villa to sleep. We we really appreciated the welcome pack on our arrival which our lovely hosts left for us, it was such a nice touch specially as we were delayed and arrived late. I would definitely recommend this villa for hire, for a very restful holiday.

Majorca family holiday

We had a great stay in this Majorcan Villa. The stand out feature for us was the excellent pool and entertaining space. This meant both teenagers and adults could mingle, whilst enjoying the sun. We as a family spent the majority of our time either in or around the pool, using the poolside entertaining area as the hub to our holiday including kitchen / dining. The main Villa whilst charming was really only used for sleeping and bathroom facilities (although again shower room and toilet also down poolside. The location was great as set between Pollenca and Alcudia, although you will need a car. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Well stocked, comfortable house. Interior of the kitchen of the main house somewhat dated, but we were there during summer so you only use the garden kitchen anyway. Amazing pool with jacuzzi, beautiful garden, quiet area. Our kids had a blast

Schön gelegen, tolle Sommerküche, grosser schöner Pool

Wir (zwei Familien, vier Erwachsene, vier Kinder) haben zwei Wochen im Juli 2019 hier verbracht. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Anwesen, das wir weiter empfehlen können. Die Villa ist schön gelegen. Die Eigentümer sind Landwirte, haben das Haus selbst gebaut lange auch bewohnt. Angrenzend zur Villa gibt es noch eine Art Werkhof, der von den Eigentümern genutzt wird. Der grosse und tiefe Pool mit Sprudelecke, der grosse Garten mit verschiedenen Bäumen, Sträuchern und einem bewässerten Grünen Rasen, sowie die grosse Sommerküche sind als sehr positiv zu erwähnen. Wir haben uns, ausser zum Schlafen, dort aufgehalten. Es gibt vor der Sommerküche einen Sitzplatz unmittelbar beim Pool, der mit einem Sonnendach versehen ist. Bei der Sommerküche gibt es auch eine Dusche mit WC. Als negativer Punkt ist die Anordnung der Räume im Haupthaus zu erwähnen: Wir waren wie gesagt zwei Familien mit je zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern. Es werden vier Schlafzimmer angegeben, eines davon als "vorgelagertes Studio". Dieses "Studio" ist einfach ein offener Raumteil bei der Veranda im oberen Stock. Es gibt dort keinen richtigen Blickschutz und keine Klimaanlage. Wir hätten nicht mal zwei Kinder dort platzieren wollen und können. Stattdessen haben wir die Doppelmatratze in eines der beiden Zimmer im oberen Stock verlegt und alle vier Kinder dort schlafen lassen. Das Bad im oberen Geschoss hat dann die eine, das Bad im unteren Geschoss die andere Familie, jeweils zu viert, genutzt. Das zweite Bad im Erdgeschoss ist nur umständlich via Küche und Waschküche zu erreichen. Wir haben es nicht genutzt. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett. Sie haben das Haus während unseres Aufenthalts komplett gereinigt, den Pool gereinigt, den Rasen gemäht und die Bäder nochmals dazwischen gereinigt. Wir haben auch Restaurant-Tipps von ihnen bekommen. Die Villa ist gut gelegen und über eine ziemliche schmale Strasse zu erreichen. Man ist in ca. 10 Minuten am Strand in Port de Pollena oder zum Einkaufen (Lidl, Eroski) in Pollenca selbst. Wie gesagt: Wir können das Haus weiter empfehlen, auch für acht Personen. Über die Raumeinteilung muss man sich allerdings im Klaren sein. Wären die Kinder grösser, wäre es wohl ein Problem.

We had a wonderful week in the fantastic house and especially at the area around the pool and pool-house. Many many good hours were spend here :-) Every time we had a question or request, there was a quick answer from Josep - he was very helpful and nice. Only 2 complains, is first, the missing air-condition at the repos (where we had 2 people sleeping) .... in July, it's too hot to sleep without an air-condition. (maybee the owner would rebuild the dinning room into a sleeping room with an air-con.. ? :-) And then I have to say that the floor in the bathrooms gets very slippery when it gets wet - only one not getting slippery, was the bathroom at the pool house. Traumhafte Finka mit sensationellem Garten und Pool

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) haben in diesem schönen Ambiente eine traumfafte Woche in den Pfingstferien verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und im mallorkinischem Stil eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir wurden von der Besitzerin freundlich empfangen- wir waren etwas zu früh da- und durften uns schon im Garten aufhalten, bis das Haus für uns bereit war. Der Garten ist ein absoluter Traum, super gepflegt, toller Rasen, hohe Palmen, schöne Rosen und Sträucher, die in allen Farben blühten. Der Pool ein Traum und sehr sehr sauber. In Kombination mit der Außenküche ist der Poolbereich der Wahnsinn. Man verbringt eigentlich in der Finka nur die Nacht, ansonsten spielt sich alles draußen ab. Die Außenküche ist komplett ausgestattet, Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Geschirr.... wir haben nur dort gekocht und gelebt. Es hat im Außenbereich am Pool eine Dusche, um Sonnencreme abzuduschen vor dem Sprung ins schöne Nass, ebenso ist an der Außenküche eine Toilette mit Dusche angebaut, so dass man nicht immer in die Finka rüber muss. Es ist an alles gedacht worden. Die Finka erreicht man über eine schmale Zufahrtsstraße, sie liegt herrlich in der Natur und denoch st man in 10 Min in Pollenca oder Alcudia. Perfekt. Auto ist aber ein absolutes MUSS. Ich kann dieses Haus besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. ein absoluter Ort für Ruhe und Entspannung pur.

Fabulous Home away from Home

If you're looking for a well equipped villa, far enough out to be peaceful but only 10 mins drive from the old towns of Alcudia and Pollensa, this is for you. This was a family home and it shows the minute you walk through the door, it's so much more than just a 'holiday villa' Clean with a never ending feeling of space both inside and out, the pool area with its accompanying kitchen is where we spent 90% of our time. There were three of us and in all honesty it's a bit too big for 3 , 4-6 would be the ideal number but it does sleep 8. Miguel the owner does have a storage facility for his agricultural equipment next door but it's not visible from the main areas of the house and he was only there once during the week we were there. 45 mins from the airport, 10 mins drive to both Lidl and Eroski supermarkets, a car is essential if you're staying here.
