Beautiful villa that stands out for its impressive garden, from which you can enjoy magnificent views of the mountains. In addition, its location between the old town of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa allows you to access a great cultural and gastronomic offer just 10 minutes by car. The old town of Pollensa has a selection of traditional Spanish restaurants, while Puerto Pollensa has more international variety and seafront restaurants.



The outside gardens are simply magnificent, with a large private pool and fantastic panoramic views of the Sierra de Tramuntana. Outside and under a pergola there is a set of outdoor tables and chairs to enjoy a meal in the shade or to dine on a tasty grill prepared on the barbecue located on one side of the pool. The main entrance of the house is At the front there is access to the living room, which has a lounge with an ornamental fireplace and a flat-screen TV, as well as a dining table and chairs. Double patio doors give us access to the covered area, ideal for alfresco dining with views of the mountainside. For its part, the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary in this type of properties intended for vacation rental. The 3 bedrooms have traditional beamed ceilings and splendid views. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and an adjacent bathroom. Upstairs, the 2 twin bedrooms share a separate bathroom at the end of the hall. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating are included in the rooms.
