This beautiful stone country house is situated at the end of a driveway in the residential area of La Font. The lovely swimming pool is at the front of the house, surrounded by furnished sun terraces, lawns and well-kept gardens.

The interior is furnished in a Mallorcan style with local pine furniture and fittings, creating a comfortable holiday accommodation. Upon entering you will find the living/dining room and a fully equipped open plan kitchen.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all of which share two bathrooms, and all bedrooms have air conditioning units and wardrobes. Both bathrooms have a bathtub.

All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has scheduled air conditioning in all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.

The villa is ideal for families who want to be close to the town but also in a quiet area with stunning mountain views, plus there is the possibility of walking to the town of Pollensa.
