We loved staying in this villa. The photos don't do it justice. It is very comfortable and has all you need for a relaxing family holiday. The decor is simple but very comfortable, with all three bedrooms having aircon and en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need and there is a smart TV in the lounge, newer than in the pictures.The highlight of this house is the outdoor space. There are lots of different seating options so you can have your coffee watching the sun rise on rocking chairs, enjoy lunch at the table next to the pool, and watch the sun set from the hammock or loungers. It was so lovely to come back and relax in the afternoons after spending the morning exploring the area or going to the beach. We had a wonderful holiday and highly recommend Joan and Margalida's villa near Pollenca.

Perfect stay - perfect villa, perfect host, perfect vacation!

This was the vacation of a lifetime and having this villa as our home base was a big part of it. The home has everything you could want. It was hard to leave at times, we were so relaxed. Views of the countryside are incredible, the property itself is like a private resort. Our host was incredibly helpful and very responsive. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful rural villa

Lovely villa in a stunning location, fabulous Mountain views. Pool was perfec and the gardens were beautiful with plenty of places to sit. The villa is within a small holding and the friendly donkey in the next field was great entertainment. The only issue was that we were plagued by mosquitoes so bad, that the usual mossie sprays were ineffective. We had to sit inside atnight and as only the bedrooms have air conditioning, we sat in one of the large bedrooms. It might be better if you are not staying at the height of summer. That was our only issue with this fab villa.And why overall we give it 4 stars.

Amazing property

We had an amazing stay at this fabulous villa. It is in a great spot, close to Pollensa and the beach. The owners were super helpful, the villa had everything you would need and was spotlessly clean. The pool is lovely and the l extensive gardens mean there was always a spot for everyone to sit, either in the sun or in the shade. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return

Another perfect week!

Thank you once again to these excellent hosts. The Villa is beautiful and the grounds are immaculate. Our children loved the pool and the donkey in the next field! Pollensa is a great town to be based in with excellent restaurants. We would not hesitate to book this property again, it is high quality!

An immaculate retreat!

We spent a week at this villa with children and grandparents and had a wonderful stay. The photos predate the garden’s maturity, so it is genuinely a haven with shaded nooks throughout the day. The pool is excellent! Super clean villa. All rooms en-suite and even a pool bathroom! Children loved the donkey, the hammock, the treehouse! We didn’t hire a car, so the bikes available were essential. Nearby Pollença is authentic with lots of excellent restaurants. We’d love to go again. The hosts were extremely helpful and kind.

Villa in Pollenca

Beautiful Villa, gardens were exceptional and immaculate. Margalida messaged the morning of arrival to let us know Villa was ready for us and was there to greet us too. Lovely selection of basic provisions, butter, milk orange juice, Wine, water & olives. Great facilities, everything we needed in a holiday home. Correspondence with our hosts was great and they delivered fresh eggs every few days and cleaned the pool regularly too. We love the area of Pollenca (this was our 3rd visit). We were sad to leave and will definitely return !!

Beautiful and tranquil Pollensa villa

Very positive experience. Wish the free cancellation had lasted for longer due to current uncertainty with Covid. It took us a while to find the property even with the Google maps location but Margalida the owner was very helpful on the phone. When arriving we were greeted by the owner who showed us around and we had some courtesy wine and food including bread, milk, olives and other snacks. The villa was beautiful and well appointed in a rural setting close to Pollensa with lemon and orange trees and a donkey and a goat in the adjacent field. We would love to come back!

Beautiful, dreamy property

Fantastic property. Even better than the photos. The grounds are beautiful and the house has everything you need, tastefully furnished. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure in the showers. Well-equipped kitchen. We loved the garden and the sauna. Joan and Margalida are attentive and welcoming hosts. Easy proximity to Pollenca and Port de Pollenca. Maybe 5-minute drive into town and about 7 minutes to the beach. Would recommend it to friends and would stay here again.

Perfect Pollensa

Fabulous property, beautifully landscaped - the pictures really do not do justice to how lovely the outdoor and poolside areas are - just perfect whether you wish to sunbath, swim, relax in the jacuzzi (in the pool), sit in the shade to read or play cards etc. There is a table tennis table and bikes with helmets as well as 5 different tables/areas spread around the grounds to sit at and relax or to enjoy drink or food, as well as a hammock over in one corner of the lawn. Excellent facilities throughout inside, good bathrooms and nice air conditioned bedrooms. Thank you to Joan & Margalida who were excellent hosts, made sure we were happy and made good recommendations for restaurants in Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. I would recommend a hire car if you want to get out and explore as it is 1,6km to Pollensa town and the road is narrow with lots of blind corners which didn't feel safe (to us) to walk/ride. As a side note Pollensa Taxis were great and would come out to the house within 10 minutes of calling them - just need to give them the Google coordinates of the villa when you book. We had a lovely time and would come back. Thank you again to Margalida and Joan.

Summer 2019

We had a great week staying in this property, the pictures do not do it justice, it is in a very quiet and relaxed spot, the building is in excellent condition and the pool is very pleasant. You do need a car at this property to fetch food etc, although two supermarkets are within 3 or 4 minutes drive. If you have a car and are ok with driving then i cant recommend this property highly enough. An excellent villa.

Amazing family holiday in a beautiful location

It was our first time in Pollensa and we were blown away by how beautiful it was. The villa is situated in a quiet, beautiful setting and only a short distance to Pollensa town and 10 minutes from Cala SAN Vicente and Puerto Pollensa.

Second visit to the villa

Our second successive year visiting the villa, but sadly the weather proved more challenging with heavy thunderstorms and flash flooding. The villa survived most of this, with minor issues being electrics and some leaks. We even used the sauna this year! Margarilda and Joan were as helpful as ever, and the upgraded double bed was greatly appreciated. Similarly, we appreciated the upgrades to the furniture around the pool, and also to some of the pool toys.

Well maintained villa in an excellent location

Have just returned from our holiday in Mallorca. The villa was amongst the best we have stayed in, with an excellent pool and well thought out external space, with well maintained gardens a real bonus. Internally everything worked and was presented in a clean condition; a pleasant surprise to get a bedding change part way through the holiday. Good supply of novels to keep us busy also! Joan and Margilda work hard and are both very friendly. Only negatives are minor points really - we didn't eat much outside as the table was at the other end of the pool/garden (and there were lots of mozzies!). The double bed could also be larger if that is supposed to be the master bedroom - we ended up pushing two of the singles together in the downstairs bedroom. Other than these minor points a well maintained villa in a convenient location for Pollensa and the northern beaches.

A lovely villa in a tranquil location of real Spain.

Wonderful relaxing villa nestled between the mountains so peaceful and relaxing. Great location in authentic rural Spanish location with all amenities close by. Joan the host was so friendly helpful and the house was extremely clean and modern with a traditional twist. Sauna an added bonus. Highly recommended!

Alles sehr sauber. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Grundstück lässt zu wünschen übrig, ist aber Sache der Gemeinde.
