We had an excellent stay at the Vistamar III. Very spacious apartment & balcony with superb views over the bay

Great find for us!
Great location, communication before/during and after was great and the apartment itself was perfect for what we needed.
Batteries in the air conditioning units…might be on the low side.
Was a little nervous of the door/window that needs replacing in the master bedroom.
But these are minor details.

A bit rough around the edges
A great location. Very handy for restaurants, bars, shops etc. However the apartment is tired and in need of modernisation. The bedrooms are basic and unwelcoming and the missing drawer in the kitchen was not the end of the world but it is just the little things that add up to make this place difficult to recommend. There was a strange odour in the en-suite bathroom and the lift wasn’t working (and according to our neighbour hadn’t been working for some time) which could be a big issue for some-it was mildly annoying for us. We could have reported all of these things during our stay but TBH we just didn’t want to spend the time or energy doing so. In short, go if location is paramount but manage your expectations.
