I liked the location of the hotel close to the beach and nice stroll into the centre. The hotel ran out of hot water 3 nights out of 6 so the showers were a bit cold. The ventilation in the rooms need approving since it was quite damp.

I have stayed here a number of times as a sinlgle cyclist and am always made to feel welcome by staff and other customers. I always feel at home as soon as i step through the door. The food is always excellent with so much variety that it would be nigh on impossible for anyone to find something they didn't like. For me , i love the fact that there is safe and secure storage for mybike at the hotel.

Lovely hotel that has everything you need for a family break. The staff are amazing!! Kids club was great and the food is brilliant. You can tell everyone really cares. As well as good food the all inclusive covers great local drinks too. Location is perfect for a short walk to the beach (great spot!) or buses to other parts of the island. One complaint/issue. Pillows are awful! Ended up using cushions to get decent sleep. We had a junior suite and views were terrific. Would definitely recommend for a family hotel.

Pros: Location, Staff, Service, Hotel, Pool, Bars, Food, Singing Entertainment only. Cons: Air con was poor in the room, Lifts at peak times not sufficient and Doors would not open sometimes on ground floor, Gym needs more heavier free weights and some adjustable benches. Entertainment was hit and miss.

I chose this family/spa hotel as I am a solo traveller (female) and was looking for a relaxing stay where I would feel safe and that is exactly what I got. The staff were all extremely friendly and professional. The whole hotel was very clean. The entertainment, particilarly on the Friday night that I arrived, were very talented musicians! I liked that the use of the spa facilities are included for free (except massage). The beautiful beach area is a 3 minute walk away with many sunbeds and umbrellas available to rent for the day, or you can lay anywhere else free of charge. There is also a restaurant right on the beach. I would definitely return and highly recommend!

Kids club

It was a good stay. The kids club is a great perk. My only concern is my 6 year old watched squid games while she was there and one of the teachers told her the hotel was haunted because someone killed themselves by jumping. My daughter was thrilled to hear about it so it isn’t a big deal but some kids might not be able to handle that. Breakfast was pretty diverse. We didn’t do the all inclusive.

Hotel is not 4 star which is advertised, there are shortages of many factors in this hotel like we can not find any coffee or tea in the buffet for dinner and lunch time, there is solid soap in the rooms, there is any body lotion in the rooms, there is no marmelad for the breakfast in buffet, some personal in the buffet seems that are very tired and maybe dont like their job because they were not smiling , I also was really upset when I noticed that in the ladys changing room in spa was a camera, I talked about it with manager and he said that it is not filming you, but why is it there ? if it's for security reason it should be in the hallway outside the shower room not inside đŸ˜” really disappointed. Good- Hotel is in a good location close to sea, some personal are really amazing like Covi, Vannessa and Alex the girl in activity part.

Huoneet olivat siistit, puhtaat ja hiljaiset (8. kerros). Henkilökunta oli avuliasta, varsinkin ravintolassa. Aamiainen oli runsas ja terveellinen, ei puutteita. Illallinen oli hyvä. Sijainti oli loistava meidän maantiepyöräilylomalle. Kun tulemme ensivuonna uudestaan pyöräilemään, on hotellinne erittäin hyvä vaihtoehto.

Gammel storhet, hotellet var rent og personalet utmerket. Heisene smĂ¥ og trege, flott uteomrĂ¥de for barn og voksne. Underholdning for barn hver kveld, morsomt og lærerikt. For meg som syklist, den beste delen, super oppbevaringsrom m lĂ¥ser, verktøy og vaskebĂ¥s. Vaskemaskin for sykkeltøy. Sykkelutleie m topp utstyr og butikk m nødvendig utstyr. Alt i alt fin opplevelse, men det bor myye folk pĂ¥ dette hotellet.

L’hĂ´tel Ă©tait très dĂ©cevant pour le prix. Nous avons fait 4 hĂ´tels sur l’île de Majorque, tous dans la mĂªme gamme de prix, et tous les autres Ă©taient top. Les installations Ă©taient dĂ©suètes. La douche fonctionnait très mal. L’air climatisĂ©e ne fonctionnait pas et la chambre Ă©tait un vĂ©ritable four. L’hĂ´tel Ă©tait très bruyant, et la chambre mal insonorisĂ©e: on entendait tout se qui se passait dans les chambres du corridor et Ă  l’extĂ©rieur (dont un show hommage Ă  Elvis au bar voisin le samedi et dimanche soir). La nourriture au buffet dĂ©jeuner n’était pas bonne. La piscine Ă©tait tres belle, mais manque beaucoup d’ombre, et comme l’hĂ´tel accueille beaucoup de jeunes famille il est très difficile d’y relaxer. Par ailleurs l’hĂ´tel est bien situĂ©, Ă  5 minutes de marche de la plage la plus proche.

Das Preis - Leistungs- Verhältnis passt! Achtung: in "All inklusive" sind nicht alle Getränke enthalten, vor allem fĂ¼r Hochwertige (Cocktails, Spirituosen je nach Marke) muss man zubezahlen. An sich ist aber alles notwendige, auch Basis- Longdrinks. Die All- inclusive- Cocktails sind Fertigmischungen (auf der Karte ersichtlich). Tipp hier: an der Poolbar gibt es wechselnde Cocktails in Slush- Form, sehr angenehm bei 30 Grad :-) Sonst: Das Personal ist sehr auf Zack, vor allem im Speiseraum. Leere Teller werden abgeräumt, kaum das man aufgestanden ist - kann auch bei halbleeren Tellern passieren, wenn man die alleine lässt. Zu StoĂŸzeiten aber verständlich. Das Essen selbst, vor allem das FrĂ¼hstĂ¼ck ist an Deutschen und Briten orientiert. Zu jeder Mahlzeit gibt es allerdings eine gute Auswahl (mehrere Sorten Fisch bzw, Fleisch, Salat, Paella...) Auch gibt es immer Pommes bzw Nudeln, interessant z.B. fĂ¼r Kinder. TagsĂ¼ber immermal zwischendurch und Abends zwischen 9 und 11 gibt es Animation bzw Unterhaltung, meist am Pool. Ich hatte ein poolnahes Zimmer und das war sehr hellhörig. Wen das stört, der sollte nach einem ruhigen Zimmer fragen. Der Service an der Rezeption funktioniert super. Ich habe fĂ¼r geringe GebĂ¼hr am Abreisetag late Checkout gebucht und konnte so nochmal zum Strand gehen. Der befindet sich einen kurzen FuĂŸweg die StraĂŸe runter. Dort gibt es auch kleine Spar-Märkte fĂ¼r das nötigste. Zur Kinderbetreuung kann ich nichts sagen, da allein gereist.

Hotel bien placé, très proche de la mer, à 10-15 minutes du centre de Pollensa. Une clientèle majoritairement anglaise. Le personnel est sympathique. J'ai trouvé la demi-pension assez variée. Seul point noir, des habits ont disparus et l'hotel s'en dédouane totalement.
