Ancient farmhouse immersed in nature just 18 km from Florence with a magnificent view of the Chianti Rufina countryside. The house is adjacent to others and is accessed by an external stone staircase.
Divided on two levels. At the first, very large kitchen with dishwasher and stone fireplace, living room, two bedrooms, one double, two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one of which is a double.
Carefully furnished with rustic furniture. Characteristic ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta floors.
Garden with barbecue and children's play area in common. Berceau of roses under whose shade you can eat outdoors.
Large shared swimming pool 6x12m depth 1,2m positioned in an olive grove overlooking the Chianti Rufina vineyards. Area equipped for complete relaxation, open from May to September from 10-18. 30.

Tutto è andato bene, abbiamo molto apprezzato la tranquillità e la pace che si respirano sia in casa che nell'area piscina. Ci siamo sentite a casa di amici tra le vostre mura: il casale è bello, gli spazi sono generosi e la cucina è super fornita. I giardini sono molto curati, abbiamo apprezzato il racconto sulla vostra famiglia e la degustazione condotte dalla signora Donatella, un vero piacere chiaccherare con lei e visitare assieme la cantina nonchè apprezzare la bontà delle etichette di olio e vino: personalmente ho portato con me due Mazzaferrata, buonissimi!

Posizione tranquilla e incantevole immersa in una splendida natura. Buona struttura colonica con ampia metratura e tantissimo spazio. Internamente magari una piccola ristrutturazione darebbe un maggior appeal. Nota positiva la piscina in splendida posizione.
