Great Large Handicap room.?

We had a two Queen handicap kitchenette. It was very large and comfortable. Handicap height toilets, bars in the shower. Beds very comfortable.

Not for me

Checking in was smooth until I noticed I was charged twice. I thought eventually it’ll fall right off. Nope I thought wrong. I called to inquire about the double charge only to go back in forth with the hotel and third party. Although it was a pay later type transaction, which means pay at the hotel. I finally called the hotel for the 3rd time the next day to get an ASM with and attitude as if it was my fault that I was double charged. I’ll never go there again.

The ice storm caused me to seek refuge. Our pipes burst at home. It was relaxing and when I checked in, the Young lady at the desk explained all the comforts, breakfast ànd all emmenities. I will refer to all in need.

Great place to stay!

I was really impressed on how spacious the room was, and all of the nice features and amenities that came with the room as well a pullout sofa, couch, and ottoman a small table that acted as a dinner table for my family whenever we ate, and the room was very clean, very well lit And just had a really good vibe and the location was prime. It was surrounded by pretty much any food option you wanted shopping options were there and it was quick access to any of that I would highly recommend this location. My only real issue was that our room while awesome was Directly across from the highway so it was fairly loud but nothing some earplugs or AirPods can’t fix again not really ideal but hey, that’s really not a knock on the hotel. That was just the way the cookie crumbled as far as high noise and position of the room but what I do it again oh yeah, that will definitely be the place I stay if I ever go back to Port Arthur.
