The Space:

Alecia's Place is a beautiful, modern, roomy home that will be perfect for you and your family! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath property, located in the popular Gulf Shores subdivision, is centrally located close to stores, restaurants, and the night life of Crystal Beach. The house is just a short drive down to the beach in either a vehicle or a golf cart. Or, just stay home and enjoy a relaxing time on the deck with plenty of furniture and peek-a-boo views of the Gulf of Mexico.



Throughout the house you will find gorgeous modern coastal decor, cozy furniture, and plenty of windows for a light, bright feel. The kitchen is fully stocked (regular drip coffee maker) and great for entertaining. There is seating at the granite bar area, as well as a separate dining table that is great for meals or playing games.



With over 1300 square feet, this house sleeps 8 comfortably. Bedroom one features a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has a full bed, and bedroom three has four twin beds. Smart TVs in are in all bedrooms, and high speed internet is available for streaming or using your own devices.



Downstairs you will find an outdoor sand shower for rinsing off before you enjoy the house. There is also plenty of entertaining room for grilling (charcoal grill provided) or crawfish boils!



Two small dogs (35 pounds or less) allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
