Sum Beach is located on the 2nd row in the Emerald 1 subdivision. Don't forget your furry best friend! Sum Beach is a pet-friendly beach house with a $200 Non-refundable fee. You'll enjoy all the comforts of home while on your beach vacation! This home is beautifully decorated and features a well-stocked kitchen. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar, dining table, or outside on the picnic table. The living area is large with comfortable furnishings. The home has WIFI for convenience! The large bedrooms give your family plenty of room to spread out. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom two has a single bed, a full-size bed, and an attached bathroom. The remaining bedrooms each have 2 full-size beds. The expansive deck has ample seating for you and your family. The views of the beach are amazing. Downstairs, you will find plenty of covered space to enjoy sitting around the picnic table while aromas from the charcoal grill make your tummy rumble. When you're ready for a trip to the beach, it's just a short walk, golf cart, or vehicle ride away. There is direct beach access at the end of the road. Rinse off in the outdoor shower upon returning from the beach! You are sure to enjoy your vacation at Sum Beach!
Even when provided, internet access, TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable)
2 laundry tabs (if applicable)
1 small bottle of dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar of hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
