Relaxed Family Beach House
Summary:
This holiday home is only a short walk to the beach and is located in one of South Australia’s most favorite coastal towns, Port Elliot. What a perfect holiday home for your next family get away.
The Space:
Walk into the large front lounge/dining room complete with a reverse cycle split system air conditioning and stunning timber floors. These areas are light and bright and has a large window outlooking into the front garden. The living area has plenty of seating areas for the whole family and a large TV.
Dining area to seat 8 people.
Glass sliding doors leading out to the undercover entertaining area. What a great space to entertain your loved ones, enjoy a BBQ and soak up being away on holidays. Overlooking the fully fenced backyard where the children can play for hours.
Modern kitchen which is in the heart of the home that has gas cooking, dishwasher, pantry, double sink, kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine, microwave and much more.
All four bedrooms off the hallway with easy access to the main bathroom. The main bathroom has a bonus spa bath, separate shower, vanity and toilet.
Second toilet.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed and built in robes.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed and a free-standing robe as well as draw space.
Bedroom three has a tri bunk bed (double on the bottom and single up the top)
Bedroom four is set up as a office area. This room could also be used as a room to set up a travel cot for a baby. Please bring your own travel cot if needed for this space.
Separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
Sunroom at the back of the property overlooking the backyard. This area has a couch and is a very relaxing space to enjoy being on holidays.
Carport available for the tenants use for undercover parking.
