We had no complaints. Pictures depicted exactly how the house looks. We did an adult only vacation, if you're bringing kids its not the most ideal place since it doesn't have TV'S in bedrooms. However, its also a very affordable place to rent so if you're trying to have a kid vacation on a budget then go for it, you can send the kids outside to play and bed time can be sleep time. Like the old days when we grew up. I would recommend this home. Lots of family space in the pool area as well.

Check-In and check out was a breeze. Not a large home, but for 2 or 3 people its perfect! My wife and I enjoyed our stay here very much! The pool was amazing after a long day, we spent several evenings relaxing in it. I'll definitely keep this place in mind if we plan a trip in the area again!

Family beach getaway

Needs more bath towels and wash cloths, only 5 each and several had old/stained appearance. No hand towels. Bathroom sink with no water pressure, due to we were on vacation and not able to remain in home for plumber to come?? Last trash bag left in house due to outside trash can was full and we did not want to leave it sitting on the ground. Pool was clean and we enjoyed every evening.

Short stay

I stayed here for a few days in April, and had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful. I read from a previous review that the edges of the pool were a little jagged, my son did get a few cuts but once we were more careful around the sides we were fine. In April it’s still a little chilly at night/morning so the pool was a little cold, but it gets very warm during the day so the pool is actually refreshing. I would definitely stay here again!

Property I would say has cleanest appearance in neighborhood, we enjoyed our stay. Amenities were great, pool deck could use some work, although water temp and swimming was great.

Average neighborhood but as soon as you walk in the place was great. They had everything we didnt even need to haul half the stuff we brought. Having the pool right outside the kitchen was perfect for the kids.

The house is exactly as it is listed. The check in and out process was very simple. We were even able to check in slightly early due to unexpected flight changes causing us to be there earlier than the 4 pm check in. Very nice clean home and the pool was well maintained. The only thing I would say is that there were cigarette butts on the ground all around the pool outside.

The house was nice and cozy and we loved the pool but... The ceiling fans and vents were not clean (we have kids with asthma). Also the pool edges were somewhat sharp so we ended up with few scratches.

The property was exactly what was shown in the pictures. The owners have taken a lot of care and added a lot of nice touches to the home. We had one issue with the key pad and the owner responded and remedied the problem within minutes. I would recommend this property if in the Tampa area
