I booked a 15-night stay. Nice enough studio-style place. Accommodated me to check in early the first day at my requesr, even though I still checked in after 4pm due to traffic. The host, in the beginning, was very communicative, very quick with responses (within the hour) to questions that I had before booking. I had to check out earlier than expected due to a family emergency. I physically stayed a total of 5 nights before informing the renter that unfortunately I won't be back and if I could get a partial refund on the days I will not be there. They responded and said to reach out to Vrbo and that they don't deal with the financial part. I immediately contacted Vrbo and was informed that it is up to the HOST to confirm the partial refund and that the host is only able to do it. The host completely ghosted me, ignored all communication-texts, phone calls. Vrbo tried contacting them several times, via phone and email over the course of 12 days. Nothing. I will never rent their property ever again. They are not fair, upstanding people. God forbid, you have an emergency, these people know nothing about being fair and completely ignore you.

Lovely place.

This was a perfect little apartment. So very quiet. I felt very safe. I will stay there again. The owner was very nice and very responsive. The place was immaculate. They supplied shampoo,conditioner and body wash which were very nice. I loved the large walk in shower. This was so much better than staying at an hotel.

Nicely decorated, well-designed space

We stayed here for a month and it served our needs well. Gigi was an affable and easy-to-reach host. The layout was great, and fixtures and appliances were high quality. Obviously a lot of thought went into the design. A couple minor annoyances were guests thinking our door was the entrance to their rental unit, which is in back of the house, and construction of a new home right next door. Fortunately the noise was minimal, and the house may be completed by the time you read this.

Location is perfect

Great location for access to local golf courses and beaches, and close to both the Turnpike and 95 if needed. Unit was clean had plenty of seating and storage. Shower was big (for us heavier set people) and had instant hot water. Would recommend and planning on staying again in the future.

Awesome stay

We (my son and I) stayed 3 nights in the apartment and felt very comfortable! Everything was perfect and exactly as described. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is very cozy furnished and decorated. The area is beautiful and very quiet. The hosts are very nice, respond promptly to questions and are very helpful. THANK YOU Jeanette and Agustin! :) The next time we are in this area, we would love to come back. 100% recommendation!
