This is a fully renovated unit. Clean, tidy and only one block to the beach. This is a family owned unit and is great for that perfect vacation or a weekend away.

We are located on the best stretch of Mexico Beach! We’re near the town center where the coffee, pizza and gift shops are accessible by foot and we are only a short walk from where the pier once stood.

-Mango Marley’s is a local restaurant located about 2 blocks away from our unit. Colorful cottages are also within walking distance that contain coffee, ice cream and shopping. A very short drive or great opportunity for a nice stroll on the easy walking, paved sidewalk, right to their front door!

- Although pets are not allowed on the main beach, the pet accessible beach is located less than a mile, right across the bridge, along the canal and is the perfect place to take your furry family member for a stroll along the white, gulf sands.

Great location

We loved being a quick walk to the beach. Crossing the road wasn’t bad as far as traffic goes. We were able to walk to shopping and food trucks. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We had forgot to bring chairs for the beach but when we arrived we noticed there were beach supplies provided for us to use. Enjoyed our stay and most likely to return.

Great location!

House was super easy to locate. Clean and well stocked with all the neccessities! Very quiet and relaxing. Super close, easy walk to the beach and mango marley's and the other little sweet shop! Check in/checkout was a breeze. We had a great time!

Everything you need.

The Gray Grasshopper was and easy walk from the beach, it was well stocked with necessities for a week long stay. Angie was amazing to work with when we needed to shorten our trip by a day and then again when the Vrbo app was doing weird things. It was a perfect little hidden gem for our family.

Loved the place 
.very clean and it had everything we needed! Perfect for a family with kids and pets. The convenience of the location made it great when we needed to go check in on our senior dog- just walk across to the beach and back to the home as needed. We were able to bbq and relax after the beach . Definitely recommend the place !

Our family vacation in Mexico Beach was amazing, as always! The Gray Grasshopper was a quaint little beach cottage that had all of the comforts of home! The toys & beach toys were a hit with my 4 year old. The beds were super comfy, too!!!

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The townhome was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. If I didn’t know better, I would have thought we were their first renters it was so clean. Quiet, relaxing area with only a few minutes walk to the beach. My whole family had a wonderful, relaxing time and all of them have asked if we could stay at this townhome again on our next beach trip.
