Beautiful 4/4.5 bath townhome located in the Sea Cliffs Community on Cape San Blas.
The Space:
A Great Place To Beach is located on the North Cape San Blas in Sea Cliffs; a gated, beachside community with a large pool, playground and easy access boardwalk to sugar sand beaches and clear Gulf water.
On the ground floor is an enclosed garage that includes a gas grill, outside shower, and freezer chest as well as an extra refrigerator/freezer. Perfect for snack and drink trips during your beach day.
As you enter through the garage you have a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There is an elevator that can take you to each level.
On the second floor, you have two bedrooms. The master has a queen bed, with a private balcony with gulf views. The second bedroom has a king bed. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and their own private full bathrooms.
The third floor is where your other two bedrooms are. The master has a king bed with a private balcony with gulf views and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV and their own private full bathrooms.
Fourth floor features the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The open floor layout is great for large families. The living room has a couch and loveseat with a big flat screen tv. There is also a twin size daybed for additional sleeping space. The deck off of the living room has spectacular views of the beach.
Our kitchen is stocked with everything we think you'll need during your vacation with us. Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more!
This home is ideal for a large family or two or more small families to share.
Boat parking is available in community. No pets. No smoking.

Your reservation includes a $250 credit for beach gear! Choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best part, its delivered to the unit and is waiting for you upon your arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: The carport underneath offers suitable parking for two vehicles. Seacliffs offers additional limited parking at the entrance of the community. Parking is prohibited on the road and you could be fined.
