Is peace and quiet what you wish??? There's no better place than Barrier Dunes. A nicely decorated 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome that sleeps 8. The unit sits right on a lake and directly behind is a small playground for children. Don't forget your four legged children that are welcome.  

Barrier Dunes is a gulf-side, gated community located on the northern end of the peninsula adjacent to the State Park. Within the community, you will find two community pools, one located gulf front with a clubhouse, tennis courts, pet stations and a playground

Floor Plan: Ground level: Foyer, owner storage, parking First level: Living room with a queen sleeper sofa, brand new flat screen TV, DVD, fireplace and sliding doors that open onto a large deck that overlooks the lake. Also on the first level is the dining area that seats 6, and a bar with 2 stools. Fully equipped kitchen. 1/2 bath. Second Level: Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, TV with a full bath and deck overlooking the lake. Washer and Dryer closet. Bedroom 2 with 2 twin beds, TV/VCR, full bath and private deck overlooking the playground. Third level: Master bedroom with king bed, TV, deck overlooking the lake and master bath with his/her vanity, step down tub and separate shower.

Outdated unit in a great location. We made the best of it and had a great time. Would revisit the location in different unit.

This property very out dated furniture gross and tore up curtains tore up and falling down wires hanging out of wall slider doors wouldn’t open to decks fire alarm none blood on sheets steps off balcony broke grill almost blew up so many things wrong very little cooking supplies had to go by Pans to cook not kid safe very disappointed in property would definitely visit same area and barrier dunes again never this property

Great Beach! Great Location! Lousy Property..

Cape San Blas is a wonderful vacation getaway. If you desire some peace and quiet, getting away from all the hustle and bustle... this is the place! However, this property was less than desirable. I have rented other condos in the Barrier Dunes community and they were wonderful. They were well maintained. This unit was
 well
 a dump! It was dirty, not maintained at all. Just to name a few things
 one of the kitchen cabinet drawers was missing the bottom; bugs and spider webs in the corners at the ceiling; dirt swept in the corners; dining room chair cushions dirty; deck furniture broken; trash on the desk; deck was nasty; sliding doors broken (handle); TV sitting on 2 X 4’s; holes on the walls.. the list goes on
 steer clear of this one!

Great location, distressed property

Love the location, the beach, pickleball courts, and pools. This condo unit is in need of major repair, very distressed. Kitchen poorly equipped with a hodgepodge of things. Repairman fixed the oven and disposal while we were there. I requested and got silverware. Property managers were helpful.

The property was a great location. However the property had some cosmetic issues.

Enjoyed the property how ever several of the walls and half ways had crayon marks on them and a few water leak damage on the ceilings.

It was okay. The living room furniture is terrible, and the decks are not child safe The coffee pot takes as long as 45 minutes to make a pot and never gives back a full pot.
