What a "Gem" you've found in this beauty by the sea! Walk down a private boardwalk and you’re on the beautiful white sandy beaches. Recently redecorated with a tasteful decor, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Fully equipped all-electric kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, central heat and air, washer/dryer, TV, DVD, VCR, 2 phones, grill, paved parking, outside shower, lots of decking and dune-walkover to the beach. Located directly on the beaches of Indian Pass and very near several other homes managed by Pristine Properties. Also located near the famous local restaurant, the Indian Pass Raw Bar.

Floor plan: Ground Level-carport; 1st Level-kitchen, dining area, living room that opens onto a gulf front balcony with a queen sleeper sofa, TV, VCR, DVD and stereo; Bedroom 1-queen bed with full bath. 2nd Level-Bedroom 2-2 twin beds with TV and full bath; Bedroom 3-gulf front bedroom with king bed; Bedroom 4-gulf front bedroom with king bed and TV; both king bedrooms share full bath.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our week here- the house, the beach and the beach gear! We did somehow manage to pick the week of some scheduled maintenance to the house but the beach was perfect and we had everything we needed in the house. The screened in porch was so nice in the evening. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!

Absolutely stunning

When looking at Sea Gem 2 online the pictures did not do it justice. The beds were so comfortable, the house was clean, and the view was stunning. We enjoyed watching dolphins multiple times a day and collecting a few shells while playing on the beach.

The Beach to Ourselves!

Home could use some upgrades however the price does reflect that since it is a HOUSE on the Beach. The beach is practically all yours. Very few people around. We stayed for 7 nights. The beds were comfortable and that was nice. The views are amazing and driving into town was easy like 10 minutes to the Piggly Wiggly and restaurants. It was a great time. We even filmed a Tik Tok with the entire group on the beach! Great Time

the house was Extremely clean when we arrived. The view was second to none and the screened in porch was everybody's favorite place. The house was well stocked with all of the necessities and the beds were very comfortable. The beach access was as good as it gets.

The property was absolutely great! Totally enjoyed the entire week, even the rainy days. Only suggestion for future renters would be to repair the ties on the storm shutters outside the western upstairs bedroom. With the wind blowing the last two nights, it sounded like someone out there with a battering ram as they banged against the wall. Other than that, a perfect vacation for us. Thank you for making it possible!

What an outstanding place to relax and enjoy the beach!

We had such a wonderful time staying here. The home is well taken care of, clean and very quiet inside if you have a house full of family. There are a few things I would change as far as accommodations are concerned. Updating the 3 huge wooden chaise lounges on the porch, they're too big, making it difficult to go out the screen door to the beach and the cushions are worn out making them too uncomfortable for a relaxing nap while listening to the waves crash. Some better seating for the upstairs porch and driving some nails that are sticking up from deck boards. The dining room table and chairs are too big for the space again making use of the door there and sitting in the barstools difficult as well. Finally, installing a signal booster on the cable would prevent the upstairs TV's from flickering. They still did this even after the management and cable company worked on them during our stay (of which I appreciate the rental companies diligent attempts to solve the problem) These things won't deter us from coming back but fixing them would enhance the experience. All of us will find it difficult to wait a year to return.

Enjoyable

It was a very nice house on the inside, only downfall is the house needs a bigger waterheater. Was not enough hot water to fill jacuzzi tub. Also water pressure in the kitchen sink was none. Wifi was in and out but that was probably due to the storms. Overall it was very enjoyable. The house is very comfortable and welcoming.
