3/3 Gulf View home located in a central location on Cape San Blas, just steps from the beach.



The Space:

Important: This property rents for full weeks (Saturday to Saturday) during peak season. Do not book shorter than 7 nights without contacting us first as unapproved short-stay reservations will be canceled.



Pineapple Plantation is a pet friendly 3 bedroom 3 bathroom single family Gulf View home on an uncrowded street. It sleeps up to 10 and is located on beautiful and coveted North Cape San Blas.





·Located on the North Cape - just a 4-5 minute walk to Peachy’s Beach Eats and the St. Joe Shrimp Company, 12 minute walk to Scallop Cove, and just 4 miles to St. Joseph’s Peninsula State Park.



· With no stairs over the dunes to climb this property is only about 100 steps from door to dunes. Close enough to hear the waves rolling onto the beach.



· Gulf and sand views from both the main level deck with a screened in porch and the upper level covered deck.



· Large private pool that can be heated upon request. The pool area has outdoor lighting, and the pool itself has underwater lighting so that you can continue to enjoy the water even after the sun goes down.

Pool heat $300/week.



· Nestled on a ÂŒ acre oasis with plenty of native vegetation for your family’s enhanced privacy. This seclusion is great when your family is enjoying time in the pool and relaxing on the decks.



**Recently added but not shown in the pictures: large stainless steel Weber propane grill, backyard fire pit, commercial ice maker, upgraded smart TVs in all bedrooms, and a large 10’ swivel umbrella in the pool area**



· The backyard fire pit is great for s’mores.



· Whole house water pressure booster. Being on a peninsula, the Cape is known for low water pressure, especially during peak seasonal use. The water pressure booster helps ensure that you get a great shower after a long day playing in the sun. In addition, the 80-gallon hot water heater (double the normal size) greatly reduces the chance of cold showers. There is also a whole house filtration system with an additional multi-filter drinking water system for kitchen sink and refrigerator. This could eliminate buying all those cases of bottled water.



· The outside elevator from the ground to the main level is great for grandparents, elderly dogs, and luggage!



· Guests staying on the main level can avoid stairs altogether, as this level contains the common areas, a fully stocked kitchen, the queen bedroom, the queen sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and access to the screened porch and open deck.



· The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a large 10 quart dual zone Ninja air fryer.



· A commercial 150lb/day ice maker and an additional refrigerator are located on the ground floor. Perfect for quick access to beach day snacks and drinks!

No fish bait in refrigerators or coolers please.



· Large capacity front loading washer and dryer



· 65” Smart TV in living room and smart TVs in all three bedrooms. All TVs have streaming capabilities and come with YouTubeTV, which has both local and cable channels.



· Google Nest mesh Wi-Fi for seamless connectivity throughout the house and yard.



· Provided beach gear includes 2 beach carts, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, skim boards, plastic beach corn hole, toy dump trucks, and other beach toys. Outdoor games include wooden cornhole, ladder ball, bocce ball, croquet, and whiffle ball. Close to 100 indoor games, including foosball, Velcro ball darts, and tons of board games and puzzles. Complementary pickleball paddles are available upon request.



· Private hot water outdoor shower.



· Both propane and charcoal grills, with outdoor lighting for nighttime grilling.

NO indoor cameras. NO cameras facing any of the decks. NO cameras facing the pool or pool area.



Bring your furry friends along! This pet-friendly property warmly welcomes dogs for an additional fee of $150 per dog. Contact the office for breed approval and if you want to bring more than 2 dogs.

We proudly support the local Saint Joe Bay Humane Society by donating 33% of our pet fee to this wonderful organization.



Elevator:

Elevator is available at no additional charge. Please note that any elevator on the Cape, including ours, may break down. We perform preventive maintenance to minimize this risk, and we will address any issue as quickly as we can. However, given the remoteness of the Cape repairs may be delayed.

Awesome time

We had a great time. This house had so many games, corn hole, ladder ball, floats, chairs, etc. it was the most stocked house in that regard that I have been to on the Cape. The only thing that we wish was better was out of their control. The beach is pretty crowded because of a couple houses that take away the beach space. We had to be really close to people on the beach. We almost felt like we were at Panama City. Again not the owners fault. Just one of those things. Beautiful home, beautiful water, and beautiful sunset.

The house was very clean and as a family of 5 we had plenty of room. The beach was only steps from the house and we had beach views from several areas of the house. The air conditioning unit for the 2nd and 3rd floors went out one night but Coast Line had a technician out to check on it at 10:00 pm and we had a new unit the next day. They let us stay in another house that night because it was very warm in the house. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable!! We loved our stay at Pineapple Plantation!!

As advertised and more

We stayed at the Pineapple Plantation and had a wonderful experience! The check in/out process was very easy and convenient. The property has AMENITIES GALORE!! We didn’t have to bring anything except our swim suits!! There are so many beach and pool toys provided that it made our trip to the ocean and the pool fun and easy. On the first day I reached out to the property manager about the pool needing to be vacuumed and low water and by the next day it was fixed. They were quick to respond and act, which helped make our stay more enjoyable and less stressful. We would definitely come back to the Pineapple Plantation in the future.

Winter Getaway

We had a very nice stay for a week in January. A short 100 step walk to the beach, weather was in the high 50s low 60s when we were there. Our dog really enjoyed walking the beach which was beautiful. Very short walk to the trading Post, grocery and liquor store And Saint Joe seafood!

Beautiful beach house

Pineapple plantation was a great house for our family, complete with great views. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat and the whole family loved the heated pool. Everything from the screened in porch to the games to the appliances was great. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet beach getaway!

We enjoyed staying at Pineapple Plantation. Great location for our trip. Coastline Rentals was fantastic. They stayed in co tact our whole trip - even during Tropical Storm Fred. Highly recommend booking this house!

Good location

Nice big house, close to beach, quiet and comfortable. It is a short walk to ice cream shop, small grocery store, and a fresh seafood store. My only suggestion is to bring extra bath towels, paper towels, TP, garbage bags, laundry soap, and a sponge to wash dishes. The towels provided were fair but if you are used to big fluffy towels bring your own. We also had to buy more laundry and dishwasher soap to get us through the week. We ran out of trashbags but were able to use grocery bags to finish the week. Had quick responses from management company when issues arose.

Clean & Close to beach

Upon arrival, unit had been thoroughly cleaned. Everything was in good working order. Was very close to the beach. Unit was well stocked with beach/pool toys & beach chairs. (We left a new collapsible clothes drying rack behind in the laundry room. It came in handy.) Kitchen has a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. Plenty of pots/pans/pitchers. Didn’t need a thing as it was fully supplied. There is a good size “mud room” at the entry level where we left our shoes. This kept the main living areas free of sand the entire week. The lower level also has a washer/dryer. The washer is a good size- considerably larger than I have in my own home. There is also an extra full sized fridge downstairs in the laundry room which was really handy for storing drinks we’d grab on our way to the beach. We got a beach fire pit going our last night there. The trading post close by sells firewood. People here are all around really nice and friendly. The morning we left there was a pool service company that came and had the pool serviced for the next occupants as we were rolling out. Everything about this place is efficiently run and well maintained. Had a great time overall. If you rent here, check out Ronnie B’s and The Sand Bucket restaurants in Port St Joe. Both were delicious. Also ate at St Joe Shrimp Co right down the street. Good place for lunch. Outfitter/supplier had our rented bikes and chairs there for us upon arrival. Actually didn’t need beach chairs because the unit had quite a few already there with the condo. We visit FL yearly x15 years and this was best stocked and cleanest rental we’ve had. We highly recommend!

Never a bad time here on the cape

I havent been back here in 4 years and wow has it changed! Still so much damage from Micheal almost a year later!! The people here are so friendly and it was the most crowded i’ve ever seen the beach! I live staying at pineapple plantation because its so roomy and so close to the beach! Plus you have your own private pool! We will be back with the dogs next year for sure! Thanks for haning us!!!

House was very clean and well laid out. Had all the amenities we could ask for. Pool was super nice and clean. Beach was very short walk, almost gulf front. This has been one of our favorite houses. No complaints whatsoever. Coastline Vacation Rentals is top-notch to work with.
