Our room was on the corner, very clean & tidy. The door is not sealed & you hear all traffic going by like the window was open. Would stay here again but will request a different room.

Girls trip. Perfect room set-up. Very close to downtown-walkable. Right on the Sound. Saw river otters. Did a whale tour-great. Nice variety of restaurants to choose from. Ate at Tommyknockers.

First time here. You can tell they’ve done a lot of renovations. I really enjoyed my stay here. We had the premium king deluxe room with a view. Well worth the money as the view was stunning. The hotel room was clean and the staff were friendly.

The views from the balconies are wonderful and our room was clean. The glory days of this hotel seem safely in the past but the location was good - just a 10 minute walk to the main business part of town. The front desk was polite and competent. Quiet enough and convenient.

Very nice clean hotel. Nice rooms with beautiful views. Great shower and comfortable bed. It is an older building so ask for 3rd floor or you will hear people above you.... Short walk to downtown....

Check in was odd. Maybe something had just happened but we waited for her to return to check in. Then the friendliness was non existent. Frankly she was rude. Also she Didn’t help tell us where to find our room. We walked all over looking. I’ve never experience that sort of welcome but the room worked out great for us and location waa beautiful!

Instead of the deluxe room in the new building that we booked hotel staff gave us a standard room in the oldest building on the property. Everything was small and relatively old. They blamed Expedia for this, but we heard from couple of friends that they had the same problem while booking through other sites. And while location was good and we had a baby view it was a really unpleasant experience.

Wonderful room, looks remodeled but not in everything. It’s lacks insulation to better sound proof specifically around the door. A lot of noise from the ice maker directly outside the door and also the door to outside thats just down the ramp. It closes on its own slowly but then slams.
