Stormbird Retreat -Walking distance to beach, Shops & Pub - Off Peak Special!

STORMBIRD RETREAT is a modern 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests, within walking distance to beach, shops and hotel.

Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas stove top, dining, lounge with TV, DVD, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.

Main bedroom with ensuite and TV, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, bedroom 4 also has a TV, main bathroom with vanity, shower over bath, separate w/c, laundry with front loading washing machine and dryer.

Under cover deck with outdoor setting, hooded gas BBQ and TV.  Plenty of room for parking and the boat.

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, cafe`, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - double, bed 4 - 2 singles.

Linen can be hired - $38.50 for double/queen per bed, $27.50 for single per bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Very happy staying at this property, everything that you need to make a great vacation at Port Vincent, spacious enough for the 6 adults we had, easy walking distance to beach, shop and hotel, backyard deck with tv and fan was a bonus for relaxing on a warm evening playing cards or having tea

Srormbird Retreat is clean tidy and spacious. Check-in through safe is seamless. A great stay for family of four although there are 4 bedrooms available.

Beds too low for older people. Had to prop ensuite bed up. Bbq an absolute disgrace. Could not use. Frypan and skillet had to be washed before use Steps into house very steep with no handrails. Overall layout very good but cleanliness not good

A cozy family retreat

The place was just nice for a big family retreats. The unit is very spacious and plenty of sittings for everyone to sit back comfortably. Nice back yard with a huge deck for outdoor dining and BBQ.

Great family getaway

Fantastic property within walking distance of all amenities. Very clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Great outdoor area for winding down after a busy day and enjoy dinner and a drink or 2. Highly recommend

Great house and good location

Lovely house in a good location. There were 7 of us with ages ranging from 17-77 and we all had a great time. The dart board was a nice touch. Although the house was very clean, the BBQ and cooking equipment hasn’t been cleaned by previous guests. We had to clean the cooking equipment before use which wasn’t a major issue but the BBQ was beyond cleaning and even though we bought a hot plate cover, it caught fire when started up so we had to admit defeat and cook in the oven.

Excellent. Only issue was the air conditioner wasn't working. They sent someone out the first day who was able to get it to turn on for us but we still couldn't control the temp or fan etc. It was still a lovely place to stay
