First off, the elevator was out and no one was even going to come and look at it until the next day. The building is worn out and not very well maintained. The doors are difficult to open and close. The fixtures are very old and outdated. The carpet throughout is in desperate need of replacement. You can’t continue to pour some sort of freshener onto it to get rid of the musty smell, it just doesn’t work that way. The staff was very nice.

This place is horrible and definitely needs renovation. Went there with my elderly parents and offered me a room in the 3rd floor and guess what, lift is not working. SERIOUSLY… no proper power outlets in the room and the carpet is so disgusting. And most importantly, shower is not working. This is how you maintain a stay place. For this price you’ll get a much better place to stay. Please avoid this place.

Our room did not have black out curtains so the parking lot light blinded us all night. People stomping around upstairs and down the hall. Toothpaste tube behind the TV and visible dirt on sheets and pictures.
