Hotel did not provide amenities as advertised, room was unsanitary and had hazards, and staff were beyond rude and unprofessional. It is truly dismaying that this place was offered on Expedia without any warning to customers.

Furniture was thrown in the room (both nightstands were on one side of the bed and the lamps were not plugged in). Surfaces were dirty. The lobby was in disarray from construction. Only one towel was in the room. The bedsheets smelled like cigarette smoke. The automatic doors did not work and had to be pushed open.

Had to go through four rooms before finding one that had all electricity working, third room had a keycard in one bed which meant the sheets hadn’t been changed, stained lounge chairs, filthy tub in fourth room but it was the last room I was offered, garbage cans in hallway overflowing with garbage. Over all an absolutely horrible experience. Not convinced the sheets in the fourth room were fresh. Run down and dirty.

The oil was closed for remodel, that should be on website, the breakfast could have done options, not just bagel and bread, two diff cereals. The breads were in lunch baggies, so not sure if handled properly. The place was nicely kept so probly ok

Meh

The water feature for kids and pool were CLOSED due to remodeling but they didn't let us know. The whole reason for staying there was for the kids to play at that water feature. Disappointed kids are no fun. Front entrance is closed for construction but there were no clear signs showing you where you should go to check in. No signage inside to direct you to the front counter either. Melanie was SUPER NICE and deserves a raise!!!! Rooms were clean but had a strong perfume smell due to the chemicals used to clean if you are sensitive. Beds were VERY comfortable. I would stay there again when the pool area is open again.
