Readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the specific reservation period (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).Any consumption exceeding the included value must be settled by guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.Included values of electricity and water in each 30-day reservation according to accommodation type:T1: Electricity - 130 kWh and Water - 6 m3.If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit amount.PAYMENT: Payment must be made with details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and transaction confirmation in your bank's app is required.
